    The Forms & Offers section of Client Setup enables the Forms and Offers products and includes the following settings:

    • Forms – This enables the Forms product for the account. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
      • Allow employees to edit completed form fields in Hire Details – This provides users the ability to edit the form fields after a candidate submits their forms.
        • Important Notes:
          • Typically, a customer will use this setting if they’re sending the form information to another third party application via an integration because they can change that candidate's data to avoid conflicts.
          • All users that have access to the Hire Details section of a candidate's profile will have the ability to edit the form fields.
          • After a user has turned on the ability to edit, a button will appear in the forms under the action menu, or ellipsis, in the form field.
      • Address Validation – This will add an additional layer of validation to address tasks for teams that are having extreme difficulties with their address data.
      • Include IP address in signatures – This will capture the candidate’s IP Address at the time of their signature when added to a form (or offer, as this setting is tied to both), which can be reported upon in the Candidate Forms Detail Reports. This will display their digital signature as:
        • {Candidate First Name} {Candidate Last Name}
          {Date} {Timestamp}
          {IP address}
      • Franchise Form Permissions – This will grant Franchise Owners, Company Admins, and Franchise Staff access to forms as well as edit permissions.
        • Note: This toggle will slowly be phased out with the new permissions feature.
      • Service Providers: Paradox allows for the integration with some service providers. For every service but payroll, customers can integrate their desired provider by linking the service under other. NOTE: If Franchise Form Permissions is enabled, then this section will not display.
        • I-9 provider – This is the client's I-9 provider. When selected and additional configurations are made, the tax forms will be automatically generated and associated with the employer's tax information based on the assigned locations. I-9 provider options include:
          • Paradox I-9
          • Lawlogix I-9
          • I-9 MitraTech Tracker
            • Note: When selected, the additional I-9 fields will display and will require values:
              • Allow I-9 section to be skipped for errors
              • Send welcome email to new users
              • I-9 Roles
              • URL code
              • Run Gryphon Sync
        • WOTC provider – This is your WOTC provider. When selected, additional fields may display and require additional information. Options for this provider include:
          • ADP
          • Synergi
          • EY
          • Tax Credit Company (TCC)
        • Background Check – This is your background check provider. Options for this include:
          • Checkr
          • Other
            • Note: If Other is selected, then the Background check link structure will display where you can add an example link.
        • Tax Withholding – This is your Tax Withholding provider. Options for this include:
          • None
          • Paradox Dynamic Forms
            • Note: Dynamic forms cannot be selected as a tax withholding provider until all locations are added to employer tax information. If this option is selected, you will have an option of enabling symmetry report fields by toggling on Enabled Symmetry Tax Data in Reports.
        • Payroll – This is your payroll provider. Options for this include the following:
          • None
          • ADP WorkforceNow
          • ADP WorkforceNow - Connected Apps
            • Note: When enabled, you will need to complete the following steps:
              1. Save the page.
              2. An ADP WFN access code will then be auto-generated. This can be used when installing the app from ADP Marketplace.
              3. When they confirm that the app was installed and they provided their consent, return to this section.
              4. Confirm that the ADP MarketPlace linked indicator is successfully connected (displayed under the ADP WFN OrganizationID).
              5. Click Retrieve ADP Metadata button.
                • Note: If you receive an error stating that we failed to retrieve the ADP metadata, make sure that your team provided consent for the Paradox app to access your data in ADP.
    • Offer Management – This enables the Offer product for the account. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
      • Upload an External Offer – This will allow users to send uploaded PDFs as offers to candidates instead of Paradox offers.
      • Dynamic Dropdown Component – This functionality will only work for teams with configured credentials set up by Paradox's engineering team.
      • Include IP address in signatures – This will capture the candidate’s IP address at the time of their signature when added to an offer (or form, as this setting is tied to both), which can be reported upon in the Candidate Offer Detail Reports. This will display their digital signature as
        • {Candidate First Name} {Candidate Last Name}
          {Date} {Timestamp}
          {IP address}
      • Default Validation – This is the validation that all current and existing offer templates will default to in an offer. Options include:
        • Pay Rate – Validates a maximum of $1000 for hourly and $1,000,000 for all other pay frequencies. This is the default option.
        • Base Pay Minimum – Uses this Job Attribute to validate the minimum pay.
          • Note: The associated Job Attribute is externally visible to candidates.
        • Base Pay Maximum – Uses this Job Attribute to validate the maximum pay.
          • Note: The associated Job Attribute is externally visible to candidates.
        • Base Pay Minimum - Base Pay Maximum –  Uses these Job Attributes to validate the pay range.
          • Note: The associated Job Attributes are externally visible to candidates.
        • Offer Pay Minimum – This means that the value entered cannot go below the value stored for this Job Attribute.
          • Note: The associated Job Attribute is internally used and not visible to candidates/included in job feeds.
        • Offer Pay Maximum – This means that the value entered cannot go above the value stored for this Job Attribute.
          • Note: The associated Job Attribute is internally used and not visible to candidates/included in job feeds.
        • Offer Pay Minimum - Offer Pay Maximum – This means the value entered cannot go below the value stored for the Offer Pay Minimum attribute nor above the value stored for the Offer Pay Maximum value.
          • Note: The associated Job Attributes are internally used and not visible to candidates/included in job feeds.
