    The Contextual AI section supports the Contextual AI product and includes the following settings:

    • Contextual AI – This enables the Contextual AI product for the account. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
      • Company Information – This box is where you enter information about the company that is used to influence Contextual Q&A/Care responses. It is crucial to ensure that this information is provided accurately and can be updated at any time.
      • AI Model:
        • Select the LLM to use for Contextual AI – This determines which AI Model is used. This field will be preselected and read-only.
      • Approving User Role(s):
        • Select which user role(s) will receive a notification to approve the use of Contextual AI in the account – This allows you to select the users who will be notified that this product was enabled in their account (when this page is saved) and that they must consent to using this product from the Company Information page. By default, Company/Account Admin roles will be selected, but roles can be removed as needed.
      • Contextual Writing and Editing – This setting allows users to auto-generate text from scratch or existing text. This will only apply to certain system areas.
        • What tone is your brand? – This will display when the Contextual Writing and Editor setting is enabled. This setting determines the tone of your brand when utilizing the Text Generation and GenAI Text Editing features. You can select from one or more of the following options:
          • Formal
          • Casual
          • Professional
          • Enthusiastic
            • Note: These options will be available for a user to choose from when creating and/or adjusting text.
      • Knowledge Training Library – This setting refers to a feature where users can upload company-specific documents and the system will generate topics and answers for them.
      • Contextual Q&A – This setting enables the AI Assistant to provide contextual responses within a candidate’s conversation, if Q&A/Care is enabled for the account.
        • Use Emojis in Contextual Responses – By default, this setting will be enabled, allowing emojis to be used in the AI Assistant's messages. If they do not want emojis used in her conversation, disable this setting.

    When toggling on the preferred Contextual AI settings, a confirmation modal will display for each setting enabled where you will need to check the I approve box and then click the Confirm button.
