Table of Contents
This report includes detailed candidate counts grouped by conversation. Any deactivated conversations will not show in this report. The only fields that use the date range selected when the report ran include:
- New Leads
- Total Candidates Responded To
- Total Candidates Scheduled
Report fields

| Conversation Type |
Returns the conversation type. Options include:

Single Path |
| Live Date | Shows the conversation’s creation date. | 9/16/2019 |
| New Leads | Returns the number of candidates created between the selected date range. | 432 |
| Aged Leads | Returns the number of candidates in the Inbox with no responses from recruiters where the candidate has no phone number or email captured yet. | 122 |
| Total Leads | Returns the total number of candidates in any status. | 574 |
| Candidates in Inbox | Returns the total number of candidates in the inbox. | 314 |
| Liked Candidates |
Returns the total number of candidates in Liked status.

| Messages Sent by Recruiter | Returns the total number of messages sent to candidates by a recruiter. | 303 |
| Incomplete Candidates | Returns the total number of candidates in an Incomplete status. | 71 |
| Total Candidates Responded to | Returns the total number of candidates that had both responded to your AI Assistant and were created within the date range on the report. | 387 |
| Total Candidates Scheduled | Returns the total number of candidates that were created within the date range provided on the report and have a scheduled interview. | 253 |
| Source ID | If the candidate has any value that gets passed in that matches the Source ID setting on the backend, then this field returns that value. | 345126 |
