The Candidate Visibility Timeframe allows you to better manage large numbers of candidates without having lags in system performance. This will work by adding a filter on which candidates you would like to see in the system, specifically candidates from within a set timeframe.

    Configuration

Please contact your CS Representative to enable this feature for you.

    Date range filter

When this feature is enabled for your account, the date range filter will be listed as a clock icon under the header in the Candidate Inbox’s left panel. The view will default to the selection made when configured, but the following options will be available:

    • Last 30 days
    • Last 60 days (most common default filter)
    • Last 90 days
    • Last 6 months
    • Last 12 months
    • All time

The default date range filter will also be available for use in segments.

    No candidates match filters

When a custom segment’s filters do not return any candidates within the selected time frame, the segment will display as empty and provide an error message. From here, you can either select Clear filters to reset the applied filters, edit the filters from the filter icon, or update the timeframe selected to apply a better filter for your search.
