Orientation My Event Agenda landing page
Table of Contents
Candidates will receive a confirmation message and a link to view their orientation agenda once they have been scheduled for an orientation event. This page is also where candidates will be able to view any attached Orientation Prep materials.

- Set the color scheme for the following:
- Widget elements
- A.I. bubble fill

- Candidate icon
-
Notes:
- The candidate icon will only display internally.

- Click Confirm in the bottom right corner of the page.
Navigation

After the candidate is registered for an orientation event, they should receive a confirmation message and link to view their agenda for the event. If the selected event also has Orientation Prep documents configured, they will be able to access these documents from this agenda link as well.

When the agenda link is clicked, then the My Event landing page will open to the My Event Agenda tab. Within this tab, the candidate will be able to see all sessions created for the event. If a session is virtual and a session URL was included, then the candidate would see a Join Session button.
- Note: If the Hide Session URL and Session Password toggle is turned on within the Event Builder, then the candidate will not see the Join Session button and session password.

The Orientation Prep Documents tab is where candidates will be able to view any Orientation Prep documents attached to the event. This tab will only display if documents were added to the event from the Event Builder.
User experience
Users who are added to the event team for an orientation event will receive the same invitation and invitation reminders as other events.

For orientation events specifically, any Orientation Prep documents added to the event will have the View & Download Prep Documents link within the email body of every upcoming event notification. When this link is clicked, they will be directed to the event homepage within the CEM.
- Note: If the user is not already logged in to the CEM, they will be directed to the CEM login screen. After successfully logging in to the CEM, the user should be automatically directed to the Orientation Prep Documents tab of the event homepage.
