    Campus profiles helps you organize all of your campuses in a single space. You can easily keep track of your upcoming and past events, create new events, view your candidates, and see your team members associated with each campus.


    Navigation

    To navigate to Campus Profiles, follow the steps below:

    1. In the upper-left corner, select the All Apps button.
    2. In the dropdown menu, select the Campus app to open the Campus page. 

    When you open Campus, you’ll see the My Campuses list view. In the My Campuses list view, you can see all of the campuses that you’re assigned as a team member to, the logo associated with each campus, and the upcoming events associated with each campus.


    Create a campus

    To create a campus, follow the steps below:

    1. In the upper-right corner of the Campus page, select the + Add Campus button.

    Campus details section

    1. Fill out the following campus details:
      • Campus Logo – Upload your campus logo in a .jpg or .png format.
        • Note: The logo is cropped into a square.
      • Campus Name – Enter your campus name and either select the campus as it populates in the dropdown menu or add a custom campus.
      • Main Campus Address – Fill out the following location fields:
        • Country
        • Street Address
        • City
        • State
        • Province/Region (if another country outside of the United States of America is selected)
        • Zip/Postal Code
      • Campus Approval Flow – If enabled in the account, you can select an approval flow in the dropdown menu.
    2. In the upper-right corner, select the Next button.

    Team section

    1. In the dropdown menu, select the campus team members to add to your campus.
    2. In the lower-right corner of the dropdown menu, select the Apply button to save your campus team members to the list.
    3. In the upper-right corner, select the Next button.

    Custom campus fields section

    1. Fill out the following responses for the default Custom Campus Fields:
      1. Campus Acronym –  This uses the #campus_acronym attribute.
      2. Campus Mascot –  This uses the #campus_mascot attribute.
    2. Once you've filled out all sections of the Campus Builder, select the Save button in the upper-right corner to create your new campus.

    Campus actions

    In the My Campuses and All Campuses list view, you can edit and delete campuses, as well as use the search bar to search across your campuses.

    Edit and delete campuses

    You can select the three-dotted menu on the row of each campus and complete the following actions as needed:

    • Edit – This opens the campus builder, where you can edit any details related to the campus.
    • Delete – This deletes the campus. You can select Delete Campus in the confirmation modal to officially delete the campus.

    If a campus has been used for at least one event (past, upcoming, or canceled) or in an event template, the campus cannot be deleted.

     

    Search campuses

    In the upper-right corner of the Campus page, you can search for a campus in the search bar.


    All campuses list view

    The All Campuses list view is only shown only shown to users that have full or view access to view and manage all campuses. Here, you can view all campuses, regardless if you are added as a campus team member.


    Custom campus fields

    If you manage campuses, you can now gain deeper insights into your campus recruiting efforts with the introduction of custom fields and attributes for college campuses. You can tailor your data collection and categorization to match your campus recruiting needs, allowing you to analyze campus information and make informed decisions about which schools to prioritize for your university recruiting initiatives. 

    You can navigate to the Custom Campus Fields page 

    1. In the lower-right corner of the My Campuses or All Campuses list view, select the Campus Settings button.

    The Custom Campus Fields list are the fields that you can use while creating your campus. Adjusting the fields in this list will then reflect what will be present when building campuses. From here, you can remove and add custom campus fields to ensure that each campus includes the most relevant information for your client’s company.

    By default, you can see the following custom campus fields and its configurations:

    • Campus Acronym
    • Campus Mascot

    List actions

    From the Custom Campus Fields list, you can complete the following actions:

    1. Reorder Fields – This allows you to reorder how the default creation fields are displayed in this list and when creating a new campus. By selecting this, the Reorder Fields modal displays, where you can select a field’s multi-dot icon and then drag and drop the field in the correct order. Select Save to apply the changes made.
    2. Search Bar – This allows you to search the list for the characters entered.
    3. + Add New Field Button – When selected, this allows you to add the following campus attributes:
      • Custom Fields
      • Campus Acronym
      • Campus Mascot
    4. Action Menu – This menu includes the following action options:
      • Edit – This opens the campus field’s details in a drawer where you can make any necessary changes.
      • Delete – This deletes the campus field from the list. You can always add this field back via the + Add New Field button.
    5. Field Required Toggle – When enabled, this marks the field as required to complete within the Campus Builder.

    Add a campus custom field

    From the + Add New Field button in the top right corner of the list, you have the option to add back the default Custom Campus Fields if they were previously deleted/removed (Campus Acronym and Campus Mascot), or add a new custom field.

    If it is currently included in the Custom Campus Fields list, then you do not have the option to re-add the field.

     

    To add a custom campus field, follow the steps below:

    1. In the upper-right corner, select the + Add New Field button.
    2. From the dropdown menu, select Custom Field.
    3. In the Add New Custom Field slide-out drawer, fill in the following information:
      • Field Name – Name your custom field.
      • Help Text – Add help text, a description of the custom field that lives in a tooltip next to the Field Name for reference.
      • Campus Attribute – Select a campus attribute tied to the campus field, if applicable.
      • Answer Type – Select the format of this field’s answer. Options include the following:
        • Open Ended
          • Note: This will be automatically disabled from selection when a list select attribute is selected.
        • Text Selection
        • Single Selection
        • Multi-Selection
          • Note: If only one response is configured, it cannot be deleted.
      • Dropdown
      • Single Selection
      • Multi-Selection
        • Note: If only one response is configured, it cannot be deleted.
      • Validation – This will only display for Open Ended answer types. Options for validation include the following:
        • No Validation
        • Currency
        • Numbers
    4. In the lower-right corner of the drawer, select the Save button to add the new field to the Custom Campus Fields list. 

    Campus events

    When the user selects a campus, all Upcoming Events will display. Users are able to see all of their upcoming and past events associated with that campus. 

    You can switch between card view and list view according to your preference by selecting the card view and list view icons in the top right corner of the Upcoming Events section for an individual campus.

     

    Upcoming events

    Here are some of the details associated with each campus in the Upcoming Events list:

    • Campus logo icons – The school logo configured for the selected campus is displayed. If no logo is configured, then a graduate cap icon will display in its place.


       
    • Outstanding Tasks pill – This will display to managers and Paradox Admins, notifying them of any outstanding tasks for the event.


       
    • Registered pill – If an event has only non-interview sessions created and a restriction on the total number of candidates who can register, then a Registration pill will display the total number of candidates registered for an event vs. available registrations. If an event has only non-interview sessions and unlimited registration, then the same pill will display as a total number of registered attendees.


       
    • Registration Closed pill – This will display with a blue border to indicate that all registration spots have been filled.
      • Note: The Registration Closed pill is hidden for all past events.


         
    • Date and Recurring Rules – This will display the date(s) of the event and include a Weekly Ending [Date] note underneath if the event is recurring.


       
    • Time – The time that the event takes place.


       
    • Location – The location of the event. Virtual will display if the event is virtual.


       
    • RSVP selector – This displays your RSVP status for the event. When invited to an event, your RSVP status will default to Pending RSVP unless you created the event. If you created the event, your RSVP status will default to Going. This can be updated by clicking the selector and changing the status to Not Going.


       
    • Ellipsis/Action menu – When selected, this menu will provide the ability to edit or delete the event.

    Past events

    The Past Events list has the same elements as the Upcoming Events list, but it only displays events that have passed. 

    Candidates

    Candidates list view shows all of the candidates associated with a specific event. You can see the following information for each candidate:

    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Journey Status
    • Event History
    • Date of Last Event Attended
    • Job Title
    • Requisition ID
    • Last Active Status

    Team

    The Team list displays the team members for the user’s organization and their associated information. You can see the following information for each team member:

    • Name
    • Email
    • Employee Role

    Customize viewing and searching events

    The filter icon will open the Filter Your Events modal, where you will be able to filter by various event details. The advanced filter is applied to Upcoming Events, Past Events, and the Campus Plan lists. 

    • Note: When you configure filters on either the Upcoming Events or Past Events lists, leave the page, and then return to the page, you should be able to view the filtered results you previously set.

    Filter options include:

    • Event Type
    • Venue Type
    • Brand (if Multi-branding is enabled)
    • Event Venue
    • Candidate Location
    • Campus
    • Event Date Range
    • Interview Type
    • Event Status
      • Note: The Event Status allows for Upcoming and Past selections to be combined with Postponed and Canceled options so that users can have more complex searches when finding the preferred event.

    After applying the desired filters, you can either select Apply to display the filtered view or select Save Segment to name and save the segment for the corresponding event list.

    Once applied, the filter icon will display the total number of filters in a red circle for easy reference.

    • Note: If the sub-filters are grayed out or disabled within the selected filter section, the features are not enabled on the account.

    Sort

    The sorting selector includes the following options:

    • Date Ascending – This is the previous View All sort option. This will list the events from the most recent to the oldest.
    • Date Descending – This will list the events from the oldest to the most recent.
    • By Month – This will list the events based on month starting with the current month.

    Search bar

    You can also search for an event (or activity) by clicking on the search bar. 

    • Note: The search will only search for the tab that is currently selected. For example, if you search Paradox and you currently have the Upcoming tab selected, it will only search for events and activities within that tab. 

    Users can currently search by:

    • Name
    • Date
    • Month (abbreviated or full)
    • Year
    • Location Name
    • Campus Name
    • Virtual will populate all Virtual Hiring Events
    • Orientation will populate all Orientation events
