    On-premise Implementations only.

Our Exchange implementation has one main way of integration, which utilizes a service account in your company's on-premise environment to access the free/busy information of other calendars in the tenant. In order to set up this integration, you will need to provide your CS Representative the following information:

    • Exchange Web Services URL
    • Service account:
      • Email Address
      • Username
      • Password

Unless you are using a passthrough Gateway API, the Exchange Web Services URL must end with /ews/Exchange.asmx
