If you are using individual authentication for Office 365 or Google, an Admin user will need to provide Basic/Limited Users who cannot log in to the CEM a link to their calendar to update their default open interview times (OIT).

Users with full access to Roles and Permissions can pull this link by following the steps below.

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Roles and Permissions under the Permissions section.
    3. From the left panel of Roles and Permissions, open the Basic User or Limited User list.
    4. Select the first employee in the list.
    5. Their information will open in a slide-out drawer. Scroll down to the Calendar Connection and Details section.
    6. Select Copy next to the Send this URL to #user-name to link their calendar for Olivia.
    7. Send this link to the corresponding user.
    8. Repeat steps #4-7 for all Basic/Limited Users on your account.
