Candidate-initiated rescheduling interviews

Candidates can automatically reschedule an interview without the involvement of a recruiter by engaging with your AI Assistant and asking them to reschedule.
Candidate experience
When an interview has been prompted to reschedule, whether by SMS or web widget, your AI Assistant will then check the available times for the interviewer's calendars and send updated times to the candidate based on the scheduling timelines configured.
User notification
When a candidate reschedules their interview, the interviewer can be notified in two ways: directly via a Scheduling Alert and indirectly via the Candidate Profile.
Scheduling Alert
To be notified directly when a candidate has scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled their interview with you, enable the Scheduling Alert in Alert Management. Click here to learn more.
Candidate Profile
When a candidate reschedules their interview, an auto-scheduling milestone will display in the candidate’s conversation, which lives in their Candidate Profile. This is set to occur automatically and includes varied language, depending on the automation set. Examples are outlined below.
