    Enable auto-scheduling in Journey Targeting

Auto-scheduling can be configured specifically for requisitions in the CEM. When a Journey Targeting flow is connected to a System Journey and requisitions, your AI Assistant will be able to schedule the candidate based on screen criteria. It is recommended to set auto-scheduling on the job level for high-volume hiring on accounts using an integrated ATS, allowing you to instantly capture qualified candidates who meet very specific requirements.

    Enable auto-scheduling in Journey Targeting

Users with full access to Journey Targeting will be able to complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.
    3. Open the preferred Journey Targeting flow.
    4. Open the Candidate Journey section.
    5. Scroll to the Screening subsection.
    6. Click into this section to set targeting based on Candidate and Job Attributes.
    7. A slide-out drawer will then open. The attributes that are associated with a given requisition can be used when building out the screening questions that a candidate receives. Similar to a job's outcomes, multiple different screening criteria can be associated with them. Update the Set Interview Details setting to Auto-Schedule.
    8. Update the details of the interview.
    9. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    10. Select Save & Publish to apply the changes made.

When interview details are set to Auto-Schedule, a candidate who passes the configured targeting will be automatically scheduled. The interview details can be configured either using an attendee's default interview preferences or by establishing the interview details for that job requisition.
