If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

Contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

New overview tab in the candidate profile

We've introduced a new Overview tab in the candidate profile to give you a consolidated, at-a-glance view of a candidate's most important information and history. This makes it easier to quickly get up to speed on any candidate's journey.

    • Quick access to key details: On the left side of the screen, you can see the candidate's name, phone number, email, and contact preference.
    • A full-history timeline: The right side features a new timeline that chronologically displays all primary events related to the candidate, with the most recent interactions at the top. This includes:
      • Campaigns sent to the candidate.
      • Event registrations and interview scheduling.
      • Job assignment, hiring status, or job changes.
    • Most Recent Activity tag: A new tag helps you instantly spot the latest interaction from the candidate on their timeline.

You will see this new tab in the Recruiting Dashboard and any other location where the candidate profile slide-out is used.

    Interviews page overhaul

We know how frustrating it is to juggle fragmented tabs and constantly reset filters. Because of this, we've completely redesigned the Interviews page to transform how you manage your interview workload. This new interface provides more powerful tools, including enhanced customization and advanced filtering, helping you manage everything efficiently and save significant time previously spent on fragmented tabs and filter resets.

    Customize your Interviews table

To customize your Interviews table, follow the steps below:

    1. In the upper-right corner, select the table icon to open the Table Settings slide-out drawer.
    2. In the Table Settings slide-out drawer, complete the following actions as needed:
      1. Show or Hide Columns – Select the eye icon next to a column name to show or hide it.
      2. Reorder Columns – Use the drag handle icon to the left of the column name to drag and drop columns into your preferred order.
      3. Create Custom Columns – Select Create a New Field to add a new column using standard or custom candidate and job attributes. You can also rename or delete custom columns you have created.

    3. After customizing your table to your preferences, select the Save button in the lower-right corner.

    Filter interviews

The new Interviews page features an improved filtering system and the ability to save your custom filter sets as segments. You can apply date range filters and other interview filters, eventually saving these filter combinations as a segment with the proper permissions.

    Apply a date range filter

To apply a date range to only display interviews that fit, follow the steps below:

    1. In the upper-right corner, select the View All dropdown to display date options.
    2. Select from the following options:
      • Pre-Defined Dates – Select dates from the following options:
        • Yesterday
        • Next 7 Days
        • Last 7 Days
        • Next 30 Days
        • Last 30 Days
        • Last 60 Days
      • Custom Date Selection – Select Custom to open the Custom Date Selection modal. From here, you can select specific dates:
        • Select Date(s) – All interviews between the two selected dates display.
        • Before – All interviews before the selected date display.
        • After – All interviews after the selected date display.
    3. If you choose custom dates, select Apply to ensure you apply your custom dates.

    Apply other interview filters

To filter your interviews by specific attributes, follow the steps below:

    1. In the upper-right corner, select the filter icon next to the search bar to open the filtering modal.
    2. Select from the following filter options:
      • Interview Filters
        • Interview Location
        • interview Status
        • Attendee Name
        • Attendee Status
        • Interview Type
        • Interview Owner
      • All Filters
        • Job Title
        • Job Req ID
        • Hiring Manager
        • Recruiter
        • Additional Hiring Team
        • Brand Name
        • Journey Stage
        • Group Name (if Group Management is enabled in the account)
    3. Select Apply to apply the filters and display only the interviews that fit the selected criteria.

    Save a segment

Segments allow you to save a specific table configuration and filter set for quick access. To save a segment, follow the steps below:

    1. Apply your desired filters and customize your table columns.
    2. Select the Save Segment button in the left navigation panel.
    3. In the modal that appears, enter a name for your segment.
    4. Select Save to save the segment.

    Microsoft Teams integration

When the Microsoft Teams integration is enabled, you will have the ability to receive interview reminders, personalized messages, and alerts directly from your AI Assistant.

Using the Paradox App in Microsoft Teams

When the integration is first connected in the Paradox Platform, a Paradox app will display in the left pane.

    1. Click the Paradox icon.
    2. Click Sign in to Paradox to enter your Paradox credentials.

    3. After successfully signing in to Paradox, you will receive an introduction message.

From there, you will receive alerts and reminders through Microsoft Teams as messages while interview confirmation messages and reminders will be sent in a card format.

Candidate and user two factor authentication (2FA)

To strengthen the security of all accounts and protect sensitive data, we've introduced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for both candidates and Paradox users. This adds a required second step to the login process, providing an extra layer of protection.

    Candidate 2FA

Candidates are now required to enter a one-time verification code to access specific links in their conversation.

This code is sent to their preferred communication method (email, SMS, or WhatsApp), and a new, improved verification page guides them through the process.

    User 2FA

2FA has been automatically enabled for all Paradox users who are not using Single Sign-On (SSO).

The first time you log in with a username and password on or after August 4, 2025, you will now receive a one-time passcode via the email associated with your account.

To authenticate, enter this code on the secure login page.

After this initial authentication, a user will need to log in to the system each time they reach the end of their inactive session (default of 8 hours).
