Candidate and user engagement Management tools Conversational Events and Campus

Happy April! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter.

Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.

    Candidate and user engagement

    • Campaigns: Turn off all communication in system for testing. As part of the March 2.4.8 release, we introduced the ability to turn off all notifications, reminders, and alerts for users and candidates. This new update builds on that feature, allowing you to test your campaigns more effectively. This is beneficial for cases where you are testing enterprise integrations, such as Workday or SAP, with our system in a staging environment.
    • CMS: Custom topics. You can now independently add your own Custom Topics to your Candidate Q&A Responses. This feature gives you greater control over your Knowledge Base, allowing you to add topics that are personal to your organization and fall outside Paradox’s standard topics. You can also grant specific user roles access to add Custom Topics with new permissioning.
    • CMS: Duplication in Knowledge Training Library. When you upload content to the Knowledge Training Library and encounter a conflict with an existing Q&A response, you have complete control over resolving it. You can select and publish the Q&A response you prefer from the generated options. Refer to supporting documentation for more information.
    • CMS: Dynamic top topics. For Q&A Responses, the Top Topics section, which shows the most important topics in your account, is now refreshed daily and ranked based on how frequently a question is asked by candidates over the past 30 days. This feature allows you to stay informed about current trends in candidate questions, responses, and popular topics. Refer to supporting documentation for more information.
    • CMS: Remove Q&A responses in Knowledge Training Library File. When you delete a published document in the Knowledge Training Library (KTL), all of your associated Q&A Responses that are published will also be deleted automatically. This particularly benefits you when you want to replace an old document by uploading a newer document with more up-to-date, accurate information.
    • Talent Community: Table management feature. Your users now have more control of their table settings for their Candidates table in the Talent Community. Users can hide and unhide specific fields in the table according to their preferences, or given the right permissions, they can set it for all users. This update allows you to manage large influxes of candidates and accelerate your time reviewing each candidate profile.
    • Traitify: Allow candidates to skip assessment. You can now give your candidates the option to skip assessments, providing greater flexibility in the candidate assessment process. While candidates can still complete assessments when needed, you now have the ability to activate this feature and let candidates move forward without any delays.
    • Web Management: Account sites customization. The widget’s design can now be configured to ensure consistency when candidates are directed to any Account Sites (Default or Landing Sites) from an SMS conversation. This feature ensures that candidates have a consistent interaction when engaging with their AI Assistant across all channels.

    Management tools

    • Forms: Document audit log annotation. You can now automatically record all edits made to a document by either users or candidates. With this setting enabled, anybody with document access can view a detailed edit history, including timestamps and information about the changes. By having an audit trail for all of your candidate forms, this helps increase compliance and reduce potential risks related to candidate documents.
    • Forms and Offers: Support apply and live job attributes. Within the Paradox system, you can now reference both real-time and past job data within Forms and Offers. Now, you’ll be able to deliver more accurate targeting results and provide candidates with clearer, more reliable information on job data.
    • Jobs: Updates to view access permissions. To improve consistency with View Access user permissions, this update ensures that certain features within the Job Builder are granted or restricted based on their user role. This ensures that the right people have the appropriate level of access, preventing user confusion.
    • Phone Numbers: Send from multiple numbers. If your organization has a global presence, it’s now easier than ever to send communications, such as campaigns, to your candidates that may reside in different countries. This update allows you to use multiple outbound phone numbers and outreach to candidates with different country or area codes. This bolsters your global communication with candidates.
    • Scheduling: Interview owner setting in scheduling drawers. You can now set an Interview Owner across different scheduling use cases. This setting is accessible through both the manual scheduling drawer in the Candidate Inbox and the auto-scheduling drawer in the Job Builder. The Interview Owner receives interview alerts and messages, making sure that the right people are notified about interview updates.

    Conversational Events and Campus

    • Hiring events: Additional updates to mass action - send message. Building on the March 2.4.8 release, which introduced the ability to send a one-time message to event candidates, this update brings further enhancements. Now, you change the message sender from your AI assistant to a recruiter, select existing Message Templates from Campaigns, and select multiple languages for multilingual support.
    • Hiring events: Buffer time with interview sessions. You can now set buffer times between interviews during your hiring events. This feature offers users more control over their schedule, allowing them time to review notes and jot down feedback before the next interview. As a result, this improvement will enhance the quality of hiring decisions, especially in cases where you may have a large pool of candidates.

Depending on the Paradox products your company has purchased, not all of these updates may apply to you. If you have any questions or need further information, please reach out to your dedicated Paradox Client Success Manager.
