By selecting into an approval flow and then the box containing the total number of jobs/offers targeted (Paradox Jobs enabled) or the View Targeted Offers button (external ATS enabled), a slide-out drawer of all targeted items will then open.

View targeted jobs

When you click the box containing the total number of jobs targeted, then a slide-out drawer will open with all targeted jobs, depending on the approval flow.

Integrated ATS logic

Additional logic for targeting integrated ATS jobs includes the following:

• Any jobs that are considered Disabled Application, or jobs that are always on and cannot have their job’s status updated, will not be included in the targeted job count.
• Jobs that are configured to be defaulted on will only be included in the targeted job count when the job is turned off and turned back on manually.

View targeted offers

Conversational ATS experience

If Conversational ATS is enabled for your account and you select the box containing the total number of offers targeted, then a slide-out drawer will open with all targeted offers, depending on the approval flow.

Integrated ATS experience

If you have an external ATS configured for your account, then clicking the View Targeted Offers button will open a slide-out drawer where you can view targeted offers by Journey Targeting. 

Select the Journey Targeting flow in the top left corner to view offers targeted within a Journey Targeting flow.

• Note: A search bar will also display when there are four or more Journey Targeting flows in the selector.

Targeting rules

When looking at targeted jobs or offers, you can hover over any targeted item and then click the View Targeting icon at the end of its row. This will display the item’s targeting rules within a tooltip.

Targeting locations

When looking at targeted jobs or offers, if more than one location is listed for a targeted item, you can hover over the item’s value in the Location column to view a listing of all targeted locations.
