Web Alerts toggle Re-enable web alerts Alert drawer actions

Web alerts are the notifications that you receive from the alert icon in the top right corner of your account. By default, all users except Basic/Limited Users will receive these alerts alongside any alert settings that are enabled in Assistant Reminders.

    Web Alerts toggle

The Web Alerts toggle will be the first alert listed in Alert Management. By default, this will be toggled off. You can toggle this on and save the page if you would like to receive web alerts alongside the alert preferences set up for the categories enabled on this page.

    Re-enable web alerts

If you have enabled web alerts and then you do not check your web alerts for 4 weeks, then this toggle will automatically be turned off, and you will not receive web alerts until it is enabled again.

This setting can be turned back on from either the Alert Management page or by clicking the alert/bell icon in the top right corner of the header on any page and select Turn On Notifications in the slide-out drawer that opens.

    Alert drawer actions

The action menu, or ellipses listed in the top right corner of the Notifications drawer, will include the following actions:

    • Mark All as Read – This will mark all notifications as read and remove the dot listed on the alerts icon.
    • Deliver Notifications Quietly – This will silence the in-app notifications. If this is turned on, then the dot listed on the alerts icon will not display for new notifications.
    • Looking for SMS, Email, or Pushing Notification settings? – This will open Alert Management so your alert settings can be updated.
