    Candidate unsubscribing/resubscribing

If a candidate decides to opt out of communications, you can be notified by updating your Smart Alerts setting in Alert Management.

    1. Navigate to Alert Management.
    2. Toggle on Smart Alerts.
    3. Enter in the keywords that can be used by a candidate to opt out of communications, such as STOP or Unsubscribe.
    4. Save the page.

You will then be alerted whenever a candidate uses an opt out term within their conversation.
