Phone number and toll free keywords allow users to message long code and toll free phone numbers, respectively, in order to allow additional channels of communication between your candidates and your AI Assistant.

Phone number vs. toll free keywords

Phone Number Keywords: 

• Adds the ability to use keywords for Phone numbers in the system that are long code. This enables the ability to use existing phone numbers on the account without having to purchase additional numbers. This reduces overall costs per month on phone number buying for small accounts, and allows accounts limited to 5 phone numbers (10 DLC) to use existing phone numbers for further product usage. 
• Phone Numbers are long code numbers. e.g. 1-907-000-2929.

Toll-Free Keywords

• This adds Toll-Free keywords and phone numbers to be added into the CEM. Keywords can also be used for this new phone number type, to utilize less Toll-Free phone numbers on the account than are needed.
• Toll-Free Numbers are 800 level area codes. e.g. 1-833-000-2929, or 1-855-000-2929.

Configuration

This functionality is defaulted to all accounts phone numbers. You will see this automatically the Phone Number Keywords and Toll-Free Keywords as sections within Phone Numbers.

Contact your CS Representative if you want to add new phone number and toll free keywords to your account.

View a keyword

Open either the Phone Number Keywords or Toll-Free Keywords section of the Phone Numbers page, depending on the keyword you want to view and select the preferred phone number. A modal will then open where you can view the details of the keyword.
