Please contact your Company/Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.
Depending on your account configuration and user role permissions, these features may not be visible or available to use.

Superday event registration

Superday event schedule registration

Create a superday from the Event Builder

You can now run invitation-only Superday hiring events, a multi-session assessment day where one registration schedules a candidate for every session and interview on that day.
What this means for you: If your team runs Superday events, you can build an invitation-only assessment day in the Event Builder where one registration schedules each candidate for every session on that day. You no longer need to balance slot counts across sessions or send separate calendar invites per round.
How to access:
This feature is automatically available to use. Contact your Company/Account Admin to ensure Superdays is enabled in your account.
To create a Superday event:
- Follow the navigation steps in Create an event.
- In the Overview step, enable Is this a Superday event?
- Important Note: Once candidates are registered and scheduled to this event, the Superday toggle cannot be turned off.
- Edit the amount of candidates that can be registered and scheduled to the Superday event (maximum: 150).
- In the Schedule step, build the event's interview sessions. Superday sessions run consecutively and can't be scheduled over one another.
- In the Registration step, select Invitation only private event.
- Note: Superdays are typically private. This means candidates cannot join via the Event Phone Number or Event Landing Page. They can only access this event through auto-scheduling via a Workflow trigger or manual scheduling from the Candidate Inbox.
- Complete the remaining steps for the event.
- In the upper-right corner, select Create Event.
Superday events support invitation-only (private) events in this release. The following use cases are not supported:
- Superday events with walk-ins, public self-registration, or pass/fail mid-day elimination (candidates not scheduled to all rounds).
- Superday events with partial scheduling.
- Virtual Chat Booth sessions (disabled for Superday events).
Conversational Scheduling
Mass update default calendar in Roles & Permissions
Your Company/Account Admin can now set a default calendar for an entire user role instead of updating each user individually. They can apply any location calendar or user calendar to users who have not set a personal default, or roll it out to everyone in the role.
What this means for you: Your default calendar may change if your Company/Account Admin updates the calendar setting for your user role. If you schedule interviews or manage availability in My Calendar/Calendars, ensure that you are working from the correct calendar after your Company/Account makes a role-level update.
How to access: This setting is configured by your Company/Account Admin in Roles & Permissions. No setup is required from you unless you need to review your calendar in My Calendar/Calendars.
Employee Communications
Display document version at completion

Paradox now preserves the document title an employee saw at completion on employee profiles, manager views, and mass downloads, even if the document is later renamed or updated in the CMS Media Library.
What this means for you: When you review employee documents on a profile or in a download, you see the exact title the employee reviewed and signed at completion. If a document is renamed or updated later, your audit records and employee profile history stay accurate without extra manual tracking.
How to access: This update applies automatically to employee document records in Employee Communications. No setup is required from you with this automatic logic update.
Journeys
Enhanced stages and statuses permissions
Your Company/Account Admin can now configure Full Access, View Access (Full or Limited, depending on the stage), or No Access permission levels for every stage or select statuses of a candidate journey. Candidates can be fully hidden from users with No Access to a stage, and Action Needed alerts can reach only users with permission to act on that status.
What this means for you: You may notice changes in which candidates you can view or act on in the Candidate Inbox, depending on how your admin updates journey permissions for your role. Contact your Company/Account Admin if you lose access to candidates you still need to support during the hiring process.
How to access: Journey permissions are configured by your Company/Account Admin in Journeys. No setup is required from you unless your access changes and you need your Company/Account Admin to review your role permissions.
The No Access permission level is not available until August 17, 2026.
Offers
Verbal offers

Your hiring team can now pause automatic offer delivery after an Offer Approval is approved so recruiters and hiring managers can extend a verbal offer before the candidate receives anything in writing. When your hiring team is ready, you can send the approved offer manually from the Candidate Inbox.
What this means for you: If your team uses verbal offers, an approved offer no longer sends to the candidate automatically by default once your Company/Account Admin configures this feature.
How to access:
To deliver an offer manually (Power Users, like Recruiters and Hiring Managers):
- In the Candidate Inbox, select Send Offer from the Next Steps to move the candidate forward.
Your Company/Account Admin must configure Offer Approvals that do not send automatically before you will see this manual send step. This update applies only to offers using Approvals.

Add & Schedule and Add & Screen options

You can now add a candidate directly from a Paradox Assist conversation. Assist pulls the candidate's name, contact details, location, and job or group from the chat, opens a pre-filled Add Candidate form for your review, and saves the profile once you confirm.
Depending on your permissions, you can also select Add & Schedule or Add & Screen to advance the candidate.
What this means for you: You can capture a walk-in or referral in seconds without leaving Assist or opening a separate form. If you have scheduling or screening permissions, you can move the candidate forward immediately after adding them.
How to access:
- In the lower-right corner of any CEM page, open Paradox Assist.
- In the conversation, share the candidate details you want to add, such as First Name, Last Name, Contact Method, Location, or Job/Group.
- Review the pre-filled Add Candidate form that Assist opens.
- Select More Fields if you need to complete additional fields in the full candidate creation drawer.
- Select Add Candidate to add the candidate or Cancel to cancel.
- Note: If available for your role, select Add & Schedule or Add & Screen to advance the candidate in the same step.
