Users can create a scheduling template from the Scheduling Template Management page or the Candidate Inbox.

      • All Employees – This allows all employees in the account to view the scheduling template.
      • Specific Roles – This limits the visibility of the scheduling template based on specific user roles. From there, you can use the dropdown menu to select specific user roles.
    5. Select the Next button.
    6. In the slide-out interview drawer, configure the following details:
      • Interview Details – This allows you to configure all the related interview details, such as the interview type, duration, and interviewers.

      • Settings – This allows you enable or disable any scheduling settings, including advanced scheduling settings.
    7. In the lower-right corner, select the Save button to save the scheduling template.

Create a template from the Candidate Inbox

Any user can create scheduling templates from the Candidate Inbox. However, when a user creates a template directly from the manual scheduling drawer, it is only visible and available to that individual user. These templates are not shared across the organization and do not appear in Scheduling Template Management.

You can create a new scheduling template directly within the manual scheduling drawer by following the steps below:

    1. Begin the process to manually schedule an interview.
    2. Make your edits and configurations to the Interview Details, Prep & Instructions, and Settings sections of the scheduling drawer.
    3. At the top of the scheduling drawer, select the Create New Template button.
    4. In the modal that opens, enter in the Template Name.
    5. Select the Save button.

This template will then be available only to you and can be accessed from the manual scheduling drawer whenever it is opened.
