Setting up Microsoft Teams for virtual interviews

Follow this guide to set up Microsoft Teams as your virtual technology provider.
Configuration
Step #1: Update Client Setup settings
Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.
- Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
- From the left panel of Client Setup, scroll down to and open the Scheduling section.
- Find the Virtual Technology section.
- Select Microsoft Teams as your virtual technology provider.
- Toggle on the Enable Paradox Video in all inboxes if you want to allow users with access to a candidate to start a one-to-one video with that candidate from their Candidate Profile.
- If you enabled the previous setting, then select the maximum number of attendees who can join a Paradox Video meeting. Options include:
- 3 Participants (P2P Room Type)
- 4 or More Participants (Max 50) (Group Room Type)
- Save the page.
