    Follow this guide to set up Microsoft Teams as your virtual technology provider.


    Configuration

    Step #1: Update Client Setup settings

    Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. From the left panel of Client Setup, scroll down to and open the Scheduling section.
    4. Find the Virtual Technology section.
    5. Select Microsoft Teams as your virtual technology provider.
    6. Toggle on the Enable Paradox Video in all inboxes if you want to allow users with access to a candidate to start a one-to-one video with that candidate from their Candidate Profile.
    7. If you enabled the previous setting, then select the maximum number of attendees who can join a Paradox Video meeting. Options include:
      • 3 Participants (P2P Room Type)
      • 4 or More Participants (Max 50) (Group Room Type)
    8. Save the page.

    Step #2: Integrate with Microsoft365

    Step #3: Set up Microsoft Teams reminders and alerts (optional)
