    Product dependencies Utilizing voice

Voice provides another way to capture candidates, answer care questions and provide an easy to use experience on web.

    Requires: Voice

This feature must be enabled on the backend by your CS Representative.

Contact your CS Representative to enable this feature for you.

    Utilizing voice

When candidates open a widget on a webpage, they will be greeted by your AI Assistant reading out loud their message. Candidates will then have the ability to speak a message to your assistant out loud using the microphone button in the message bar.

After clicking this button and allowing access to their microphone, the candidate is now able to speak their message. A card will display that shows that the microphone is actively listening. After the candidate is done speaking, their message will display as a preview that is editable.

    • Note: If the candidate does not click on the text or begin to edit it within 3 seconds (denoted by the blue bar), this message will send.

If a candidate needs to edit the information that was understood, they can click anywhere on the card to start editing the text in the first three seconds. Once the candidate has edited the information, they will be able to confirm or cancel their message. If they confirm their message, it will be sent. If they cancel their message, the message will be erased, and the candidate will be returned to the original state.
