    View recorded interview responses

    You can view your candidates' recorded interviews from within their Candidate Profiles.


    View recorded interview responses

    Permissions Note: Users will need either view or full access to the Messaging permission in order to view recorded interviews on a Candidate Profile.

     

    From the Interviews tab of the Candidate Profile, you can see all of the candidate’s recorded interviews in the following statuses:

    • Pending – This is listed as the status when the interview is pending.
    • Expired – This is listed as the status when the interview is expired.
    • Scheduled – This is listed as the status when the interview is scheduled.
    • In-Progress – This is listed as the status when the interview is in-progress
    • Expired – This is listed as the status when the interview is expired.
    • Canceled (only shown until a new interview is pending)  – This is listed as the status when the interview is canceled.
    • Completed – This is listed as the status when the interview is completed.

    When you have Interview Feedback enabled, then you can select the Give Feedback button next to the share icon.

     

    To view recorded interviews in the available statuses,

    1. Open the preferred Candidate Profile.
    2. Open the Applications tab.
    3. Scroll down to the Interviews section.
    4. From this section, an interview in a Completed status will display a downward arrow icon in the upper-right corner of the interview subsection. Click this to view recorded responses.
    5. All interview responses will then display. From here, you can complete one of the following actions: 
      • View recorded responses – You can navigate between the different responses by selecting the left or right arrow icon underneath the first response or by selecting the numbers below the first question's response.
      • View interview details – To the left of the interview response, you will be able to view the following:
        • The question that the candidate answered.
        • The question’s response length.
      • Take a range of actions – In the video modal, you can complete the following actions:
        • Select the play icon to start the video.
        • Select the volume icon to increase or decrease the interview response’s volume.
        • Select the expand icon to increase the size of the interview modal.
        • Select the three-dotted icon to access additional actions.
      • Share recorded responses – In the upper-right corner of the recorded interview subsection, a share/export icon will display that, when clicked, will allow you to share the interview after entering in the following field values:
        • People – Enter the names of specific users who will receive this recorded interview. The recipient(s) entered here will receive an email notification with a direct link to the recorded interview.
        • Message (optional) – Write a message to the recipient(s) of this interview.

    You can only share recorded interviews through this modal. Users who select the direct link through email and aren’t logged into Paradox need to authenticate before the recorded interview fully displays.
