Manage candidates with a redesigned Candidate Inbox Ensure compliance at events with new data capture and GDPR statements Review and expand candidate responses in redesigned forms Protect candidate data with reCAPTCHA on widgets Organize candidates with new Talent Community folders

If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

Contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

Manage candidates with a redesigned Candidate Inbox

The Candidate Inbox has a new, modern look that makes it easier for you to manage candidates. You can now see all your candidate segments in the left-hand menu, with your pinned segments at the top for quick access. Adding a new candidate is simpler too—just use the Add Candidate button below the segment list. These updates are applied automatically, so you’ll notice the changes the next time you use the Candidate Inbox. This redesign helps you find and organize candidates faster.

Ensure compliance at events with new data capture and GDPR statements

When using Kiosk Mode at campus events, candidates will now see a required Data Capture Compliance Statement before entering their information. If a candidate’s device is in a GDPR region, they’ll also be shown GDPR terms and must accept them to continue. The compliance statement shown to candidates can be customized and translated into different languages within the Kiosk Mode Template Builder. This update helps your team stay compliant with global privacy laws and ensures candidates are informed about how their data is used.

Review and expand candidate responses in redesigned forms

Forms in the Hire Details section of the Candidate Profile have been updated to improve compliance and make your work easier. All content shown to candidates, including instructions and integrations, is now what you see in Hire Details section. Long answers from candidates are no longer cut off – you can expand and read them directly in the platform. In addition to this, for any user forms required to be completed for a candidate, any errors will now only appear when you try to save the form, making it less confusing to fill them out.

Protect candidate data with reCAPTCHA on widgets

A new security option lets your organization enable Google reCAPTCHA on all embedded widgets. When enabled for your account, reCAPTCHA helps block bots and malicious users from creating fake candidate entries, especially in situations that could trigger unwanted SMS messages. As a part of this feature, candidates may be asked to complete a quick challenge to prove they’re not a robot before submitting information. While this update does not impact you directly, it is an important security measure that can assist in keeping your candidate experience safe and reliable.

Organize candidates with new Talent Community folders

You can now create custom Talent Community folders to group candidates however you like, without needing to set up filters or segments. Add or remove candidates from folders manually, and see all your folders in the left-hand menu. You can also share folders with others or keep them private, and only the folder creator can archive or restore them. This makes it much easier to organize, share, and manage candidate lists for your team’s unique needs.
