Happy May! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter.Â
Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.
Depending on the Paradox products your company has purchased, not all of these updates may apply to you. If you have any questions or need further information, please reach out to your dedicated Paradox Client Success Manager.Â

Daily Processes
- Platform Visibility: Deactivated Users. Users can now filter candidates assigned to deactivated or deleted users and get details into when tasks (e.g., note added) were completed by them. This will help teams get immediate clarity on assignments and activities related to former team members.
- Scheduling: Scheduling Templates. You can now use pre-configured Scheduling Templates that streamline the interview setup process. This particularly benefits clients who manage interviews with different types or complex schedules, as it reduces mistakes and speeds up the setup process.
Candidate and User Engagement
- Candidate Q&A: Pre-Populated Audiences for Check Status Intent. When a candidate asks their AI assistant to check their status, they can now receive a unique, personalized response tailored to their specific situation. This enhancement works by pre-filling audiences and responses based on a candidate’s current status in the CheckStatus intent of the Knowledge Base, thus ensuring that candidates receive the most relevant information to their candidate status.Â
- CMS: Remove Sections of Knowledge Base Page. The Knowledge Base page in the Paradox Tools section of the CEM has been updated to remove outdated content. Now, all Knowledge Bases can be accessed and managed within the Content Management System (CMS), reducing confusion on where to build your Knowledge Base and implement best practices.Â
- Conversation Builder: Required Video Question. You can now choose to make Video Response questions required within your candidate conversations in the Conversation Builder.Â
Management Tools
- Forms: Guided Documents Experience. To improve the experience for candidates or internal teams who fill out longer or more complex forms, you can now create a guided, step-by-step process for your candidates or internal teams filling out fillable documents. This feature reduces the time you spend configuring and completing forms, as well as guides candidates through each step along the way.
- Forms: Live Token Timing Logic. We’ve updated the token value update process to prevent continuous updates while a candidate is completing a form. Previously, token values were updated even after form completion. With this change, the cutoff for updates to Live tokens will now align with the existing cutoff for published forms, ensuring updates only occur at the appropriate time and improving the overall process.Â
- Indeed Apply: Updates to Master Feed. We’ve made several updates to the Indeed Master Feed in order to improve our experience for clients and candidates. Overall, these changes create a more reliable and efficient integration with Indeed, ensuring better job visibility.Â
- Jobs: Journey Targeting (Applicant Flows Rebrand). Applicant Flows has now been migrated to Paradox Jobs and renamed Journey Targeting. Additionally, Conversational ATS/Paradox Jobs clients can enable Journey Targeting for their jobs.
Contextual AI
- Campus: Evaluations and Conditional Questions. You can now use conditional logic when building Evaluations. This update enables users to skip irrelevant questions or end the survey based on specific criteria, improving the user experience.
Conversational Events and Campus
- Campus: Evaluations and Conditional Questions. You can now use conditional logic when building Evaluations. This update enables users to skip irrelevant questions or end the survey based on specific criteria, improving the user experience.Â
- Campus Event Registration Forms: Edit/Delete a Form Any Time. We’ve improved the event registration form editing process to make it more flexible and efficient. Users can now make real-time changes to registration forms, with updates automatically applied to all associated hiring events. This enhancement eliminates the need to duplicate and re-add forms, reducing errors, saving time, and providing greater customization options. The result is a smoother, more efficient event management experience.
- Event: Add Event Tokens to Workflows. You can now include event and orientation tokens in your Workflow communications, making it easy for clients to create personalized messages for their events and orientation events. This update helps deliver more engaging, consistent communications—making it easier to scale messaging across multiple events.Â
- Hiring Events: #Event-Landing-Page-URL Token. When sending messages to users and candidates for Hiring Events, there is a new dynamic token that automatically generates event landing page links. This directs candidates and users to the correct registration page, making the sending of event links quicker and more efficient.
Implementation
- WhatsApp: Category Enhancement. Starting April 1st, WhatsApp Marketing templates can no longer be sent to candidates in the United States. This new feature will allow us better control and visibility into Meta’s template categorizations after submission, so we can make necessary changes and improve our message success rate. These changes ensure that messages are delivered to your candidates as intended with no delays.
Minor Enhancements
- Analytics & Reporting. The Candidate Email Unsubscribed and Candidate SMS Unsubscribed columns in the Capture: Candidate Specific report have been updated to also include candidates who unsubscribe through a preference link.
- Assistant Messaging. For Assistant Messaging: Scheduling, the maximum length of SMS messages has been increased from 55 characters to 70 characters.
-
