Happy March! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter.

Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.

    Daily processes

    • My Calendar: Settings page in Roles and Permissions. Designed as a follow up to the new Calendar Settings page released in February (2.4.7), you can now either grant access or hide certain sections of the Calendar Settings page for specific user roles. This allows you to have more control over which users have access to specific settings, eliminating issues with interview configurations and user availability.
    • Platform: Filtering by users. In Candidate Inbox, Candidate Management, Talent Community, and Events, you can now easily filter your users based on team roles, such as Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Additional Hiring Team, and Interview Owner. You can search for an employee by username, employee ID, or email address.
    • SMS: Undelivered candidate filtration. When a message is sent to a candidate and fails to send over 10 times, then the candidate is filtered out and automatically unsubscribed from receiving SMS messages. If a candidate has their email listed in their candidate profile, then your virtual assistant re-engages with them through email address.

    Candidate and user engagement

    • CMS: Knowledge Training Library & NLP updates. Your virtual AI assistant can now better detect and respond to topics and intents generated from documentation uploaded to the Knowledge Training Library. This allows accounts that do not use Contextual Q&A capabilities to still experience consistent conversation quality.
    • Talent Community: Internal & private communities. You can now manage your talent more effectively by creating an internal, private talent community that is invite and link-only.
    • Web Management: Widget modal tracking. Now, you can add tracking pixels to your virtual assistant to gain insightful metrics and data on how candidates interact with the jobs that your virtual assistant recommends. The tracking pixels are entered as Javascript snippets.

    Management tools

    • Forms: Custom regex in documents. You can now add custom regex (regular expression) validation to fields within the Document Builder for Fillable Documents. This enhancement helps reduce candidate errors by allowing users to validate the data entered into form fields.
    • Jobs: Custom job qualifications. You can now add custom job qualifications to your outcomes beyond the four pre-defined job qualification levels. Custom job qualifications allow you to better gauge whether a candidate is qualified or not for a specific job.
    • Jobs: Job Centric View permissions and select all functionality. To provide users with a more streamlined experience and allow them to manage tasks within their responsibilities, Job Centric View now offers independent permissions. Additionally, the Select All functionality automatically selects the first 100 candidates when performing mass actions.
    • Scheduling: Unify experience - Conversation Builder. In the Conversation Builder, you can now select the Configure button to access the auto-scheduling drawer. This applies for single, multi-path, and custom conversations.
    • Scheduling: Update disposition status logic. Now, pending interview requests and scheduled interviews are automatically canceled when a candidate is moved to a  dispositioned status. This ensures that candidates who are no longer in consideration follow their correct Journey and reduces confusion.

    Contextual AI

    • Reporting & Analytics: Assist standard reporting. The new Assist Conversation Details report gives users easy access to conversation data through standard reporting. This enhancement was built to help teams better track and improve conversation quality by offering more visibility into Assist interactions.

    Conversational Events and Campus

    • Events: Hide landing page from upcoming event site. You can now customize the visibility of your event advertising. If you want your event to be hidden and limited to a pool of specific candidates, you can hide the event from your general website. This greatly benefits event advertising with third party advertisers, such as a campus career center.
    • Events: Kiosk mode - update 404 page to branded page. You can now customize the 404 page in Kiosk Mode templates within Events. This helps you replace your generic error messages with branded content. Overall, this will allow you to create a more seamless experience for candidates, reduce confusion, and keep your event messaging aligned with your employer branding.
    • Hiring Events: Mass action - one time message. You can now send a single message to a group of candidates, enabling targeted and specific communication related to your hiring event.

    Implementation

    • Client Setup: Turn off all communication in system for testing. You can now turn off all notifications, reminders, and alerts from being sent to users and candidates. This is beneficial for cases where you are testing enterprise integrations, such as Workday or SAP, with our system in a staging environment.
