If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

Contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

    New advanced candidate profile

You may notice new tabs in the Candidate Inbox when you're viewing a candidate's profile. This change is just one stride toward our unified candidate profile, a streamlined view designed to simplify your candidate review and help you easily follow a candidate's journey or story.

    • New tab structure: Your candidate's applications, campaigns sent to them, events registered and attended, and talent communities each live in their own designed tab — removing the need to toggle through a single dropdown.
    • Consistent candidate view: The candidate’s name stays visible as you navigate across tabs.
    • No logic changes: This is a re-design update — all data and functionality  remaining the same, just easier for your teams to access key information.

In the candidate profile within the Candidate Inbox and Recruiting Dashboard, you can now find dedicated tabs for the following data if you have access to that area of the system:

    • Applications
    • Campaigns
    • Events
    • Talent Community

Read more about the tabs below.

    Applications tab

In the Applications tab, you can view all of a candidate’s applications. The multi-application selector displays if the candidate has applied to more than one job.

You can select this selector to view all job applications and select the preferred job. Once you do this, you can view its related details in the Candidate Summary.

    Campaigns tab

If you have access to Campaigns, then you can access the Campaigns tab. In the Campaigns tab, you can view all campaigns that have been sent to the candidate. You can view the following details:

    • The name of the campaign and the date that it was sent
    • The type of campaign
    • The number of unengaged campaigns sent.

When you select a campaign, the candidate conversation displays to the left of the campaign details. You can also view all of the campaign details associated with Scheduling or Event Invitation campaigns.

    Events tab

If you have access to Events, then you can access the Events tab. In the Events tab, you can view all of the events that the candidate has been associated with. If a candidate has been associated with multiple events, the dropdown menu displays, allowing you to select the desired event.

You can view the following details related to an event:

    • The name of the event
    • The date of the event
    • The location of the event
    • If applicable, the interview details related to the event

You can update any information related to the event by selecting the Update button in the upper-right corner of the event card.

    Talent Community tab

If you have access to Talent Communities, then you can the Talent Community tab. In the Talent Community tab, you can view all of the talent communities that the candidate has been associated with. If a candidate has been associated with multiple talent communities, the dropdown menu displays, allowing you to select the desired talent community.

You can also view the following details:

    • Whether a job has been assigned or not
    • The candidate’s Journey status
    • The time that the candidate was last engaged

Save your conversation history with Olivia Assist

We're excited to share an improvement to Olivia Assist that will make your experience even smoother! Olivia can now remember your past conversations, even if you close the widget. This means you can easily pick up where you left off, and Olivia will have better context about your needs, leading to more efficient and personalized support every time.

Olivia Assist keeps conversation history in the following situations:

    • Across Multiple Tabs: If you have several Paradox web tabs open, Olivia Assist is active in all of them and saves your conversation history and messages across every tab.
    • Widget Closed, Tab Open: Even if you close the Olivia Assist widget, your conversation history is still saved as long as at least one Paradox tab remains open.

However, Olivia Assist automatically clears your conversation history when:

    • Your Session Ends: This happens when you close all Paradox web tabs or log out.
    • Your Context Changes: If you switch to a different company or use another user's account, your history will be cleared.

You can tailor your data collection and categorization to match your campus recruiting needs, allowing you to analyze campus information and make informed decisions about which schools to prioritize for your university recruiting initiatives.

The Custom Campus Fields list are the fields that you can use while creating your campus. Adjusting the fields in this list will then reflect what will be present when building campuses. From here, you can remove and add custom campus fields to ensure that each campus includes the most relevant information for your client’s company.
