Send jobs to Talent.com

Talent.com is an available job board to automatically post jobs organically! Within a few clicks, you can opt-in to distributing jobs via the Paradox x Talent Master Feed.
Configuration
The Talent.com feed will first need to be a selected job feed in Job Settings. Click here to learn more.
Enable the feed
- After the feed is added, return back to the Job Manager landing page.
- Open Job Distribution from the left panel.
- A disclaimer will display every 30 days to users who navigate to the Job Distribution section. Click the x icon or Done in order to show your acceptance of the third party opt-in.
- Toggle on the Talent.com toggle.
- Select Save in the top right corner of the section.
Jobs will then be automatically posted to the feed organically once the feed refreshes.
FAQs
Can I customize this feed?
This feed cannot be altered as it currently meets requirements by Talent.com.
Can I send this feed externally?
This feed cannot be sent externally, as it is a master feed with many of your different jobs.
How often does it refresh?
You can expect changes to be seen on the job board every 4 hours (3, 7, 11, 15, 19, 23 hours – UTC timezone).
Why are jobs not posting to Talent.com?
Please troubleshoot with the following:
- Are jobs turned ON in My Jobs? → The job feed will only contain jobs toggled on.
- Is a Job Posting Page created for my account? → Job posting pages are required to populate a posting URL on the feed.
If you confirmed the above, please reach out to your CS Representative.
What happens when there is also a sponsored job with this job board?
It requires a manual action on Talent’s end to remove it, so oftentimes it does not get removed.
