    If utilizing Conversational ATS, then job list sites are available by default. These sites host all Paradox Jobs and will serve as the landing page for candidates to view and find jobs associated with your account.


    Configuration

    Complete the steps below to configure a job list site.

    Step #1: Create a job list site

    Create and publish your job list site from within Web Management. Click here to learn more about this process.

    Step #2: Notify your CS Representative

    Notify your CS Representative that your site is configured so that they can finalize the last steps on the backend.


    Job List Site dashboard

    The dashboard will have key elements for you to better understand the status of your site, edit access, and edit/publishing history.

    Site Domain and Preview

    This card contains the site domain and site preview links to copy and view. To copy a URL, select the copy icon listed next to the associated URL and paste in your web browser.

    • Note: The domains cannot be customized.

    Quick Action

    This card contains the shortcut actions of editing the Job List Setup, Site Theme, and other aspects of the site. These quick actions allow you to jump straight to the section that may need to be adjusted the most within your site.

    Site History

    This box will include the following details:

    • Preview Site Created – The date and timestamp of when the preview was generated. This will be updated once the site is initially created as well as after the page is updated but not published yet.
    • Last Edited – The date and timestamp of the last time the site was edited.
    • Last User Published – The username of who saved the last edits.
    • Last Publish – The date and timestamp of the last time the site was published.
