If your company utilizes Conversational ATS, Paradox allows for custom job feeds to be created and tailored to your company's needs. When created, these feeds can then be used to distribute your job postings across various channels outside of Paradox's offerings, including career sites, job boards, and advertising partners.

    Use cases

    • Teams who want to send jobs to both their career site and advertising agencies, but each partner requires different data formats and naming conventions.
    • Teams who want to copy job feed links and share them across various channels to distribute open jobs (e.g., career sites, job boards, and advertising partners).

    Configuration

Only your CS Representative can configure custom feeds for your account. Contact them to learn more about this feature and the information required to configure your feeds.

Currently, custom feeds do not support multilingual capabilities.

    Custom feed actions

Once a custom feed is created by your CS Representative, it will display among the other feeds in the Job Distribution section. By selecting the custom feed's action menu, or ellipses, any user with full access to this page can complete the following actions from its drop-down menu:

    • Copy account level feed – This copies the job feed’s link to your clipboard.
    • View account level feed – This will open the details of the feed for you to view.

    Permissions

Only Paradox Admins can create and manage a custom feed. Once created, users with full access to Job Distribution (under the Job Manager parent permission in Roles and Permissions) will be able to copy and view the feed.
