Pairing Attribute Job Search conversations with other Job Search capabilities
Table of Contents
The following job search capabilities can easily and beneficially be paired with Attribute Job Search conversations.
Prompt Search Expansion
- The Prompt search expansion after setting will follow the search expansion logic configured and applied on the account for other Job Search engagements (i.e. whether it’s sending the search expansion prompt after one attempt, two attempts, etc.). Learn more here.
Job Alerts
- If Job Alerts are enabled for your account, the option for a candidate to opt into job alerts based on a specific result set will be present in the job search results (i.e. as it is today with a standard Job Search experience)
- If Prompt search expansion after + Job Alerts are enabled and a result set comes back empty, your AI Assistant will prioritize asking the candidate the Prompt search expansion after message before giving the Job Alerts opt-in
- This is to encourage the candidate to expand their search so job results have a chance to come up and drive the candidate towards an application, rather than promoting a candidate to subscribe to job alerts for an empty result set
Infer location with IP Address
- This logic will only apply if no results are found at the end of the Attribute Search conversation.
- This is to allow the conversation configuration to take precedence (i.e. for example, if there are Job Filter questions surrounding location data), but if nothing is found based on the conversation, your AI Assistant will expand to search using the other job data collected + the candidate’s IP Address.
