Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.

Daily processes

• Paradox Video: Screen sharing & blurred background. Paradox Video now supports screen-sharing and blurred background capabilities. 
• Recruiting Dashboard: Location calendars. Location Calendars are now a part of the Dashboard. You can seamlessly switch between your different calendars in one place and access your alerts and tasks for Location Calendars. 
• My Calendar: Set default calendar. You can set a preferred default calendar in My Calendar that automatically opens whenever you open the page. 

Candidate and user engagement

• Traitify: Realistic job preview integration. Realistic Job Preview can supplement your candidate’s experience by providing them with a realistic idea of what the job entails when they apply for a job. After candidates watch a short video detailing a typical “day in the life” for the job, they are asked to complete a set of questions that gauges if they’re a good fit. 
• CMS: Q&A onboarding re-design implementation - part one. Updates have been made to the design and functionality in the Care Onboarding Portal of the CMS. 
• Web Management: Job search - customize apply now button. In Web Management, you can customize the text of the Apply Now button that a candidate selects when applying for a job according to your preferences.

Management tools

• Forms: Document encoding & hosting. Our platform now supports document encoding and display. You can create and configure a fillable PDF directly within our platform, eliminating the need for external tools and keeping your documents in one place. You can add different fields to your PDF document, such as a text field or a dropdown, for both candidates or employees to sign. 
• Scheduling: Assign interview owner in auto-scheduled interviews. You can now assign an Interview Owner in the auto-scheduling drawer for Applicant Flows.

Conversational events and campus

• Hiring events: Mass action - invite to apply. You can now select multiple candidates and invite them to apply to a specific job in Events. This enhancement is useful for sending targeted communication to desired candidates after meeting them at a hiring or campus event, saving your event managers time. 
• Hiring events: Toggle default notifications on and off within Event Builder. You can now customize what default notifications you receive for Hiring Events and tailor them to your hiring needs. You can toggle default notifications ON and OFF for both your candidates and employees, allowing you to craft an engaging candidate and user experience.
