Global Values are attributes that should be static within the client’s account. This means that no matter what action is being done within this account, the value of these attributes should be the same. An example of such a value is a set of credentials used to access the client’s account within a provider.
Key / Value list
This list view shows a summary of all the saved Global Values in the current account. This page consists of four columns:
- Key – The name of key as entered in the Global Value.
- Value – The name of value as entered in the Global Value. These will be hidden by default but can be viewed by clicking on them.
- Description – The description of the Global Value as entered.
- Last Modified – The date it was last updated.
Create a new Global Value
To create a new Global Value,
- Open the Global Values list from the left panel of the Integration Center.
- Click + Create New Value.
- A slide-out drawer will then open. Enter a Value Name.
- Enter a global Value.
- Enter a Value Description.
- Click Save.
Edit / Delete Global Value

From the Global Values list, hover over the preferred value, click the ellipses icon that displays, and then select Edit. You can also click into the Global Value from the list to edit its details in a slide-out drawer.
The menu that opens from the ellipses will also include the option to Remove the Global Value. Click this and confirm the removal of the value.
There is currently no way of Importing, Exporting, or Duplicating Global Values automatically.
