    Report fields

    This is a detailed report by job ID to help users identify how many jobs were created and how many candidates have applied to those jobs. It also contains information about how many candidates were captured, screened, scheduled, and extended an offer. 

    This report returns details about all jobs in either an opened or closed status. The default date range on this report is based on the job created date.

    Report fields

    Available filters are highlighted below.

    • Note: There are two filters not shown on the report fields that allow the report to only return jobs with activity:

    Returns the open request age grouped by one of the following:

    • 0-29
    • 30-59
    • 60-89
    • 90-119
    • 120 and above

    Job Title Code Returns the code from the job title. 574885
    Candidate Journey Returns the name of any associated Candidate Journey for this job. Default Candidate Journey
    Forms Used Returns the name(s) of the forms associated with this job. Full Application
    Job Status Returns if the job is Enabled (turned on) or Disabled (turned off) based on its current status Enabled

    External Job Reference Number Returns the job ID for the job. 318
    Default Interview Attendees Returns the names of any default interview attendees associated with this Job. If there is more than one, they will be separated by commas. If a role is selected as a default attendee, then the name of that role will show in this field. Hiring Manager
    Archived Returns Yes value if the job has been archived. No
    Job Type

    For Paradox Jobs only, this field returns the type of job. Options include:

    • Legacy Multi Location Job
    • Multi Location Job
    • Standard Job

    For integrated ATS jobs, this field will return a blank value.

    Area - Level 1 Based on the job’s location, this is the 1st folder/area under Location Management that the location is within. Location 456
    Area - Level 2 Based on the job’s location, this is the 2nd older/area under Location Management that the location is within. Location Area 889
    Area - Level 3 Based on the job’s location, this is the 3rd older/area under Location Management that the location is within. Location Main 10
    Current Volume Threshold Setting Returns a value of ON if the job/location has a configured threshold value defined for it.  Returns a value of OFF if there is no setting for the job. ON
    Current Volume Threshold Setting Type

    Returns the job’s current threshold setting type/category. Options include:

    • Manual (if a user defined the threshold in My Jobs)
    • Admin (if targeting set by your CS Representative)
    • N/A (if the job is not configured at all)

    Current Threshold Status

    Returns the job’s current threshold status. Options include:

    • Threshold Met
    • Threshold Not Met
    • Unlimited (there is no limit defined on number of candidates for this job)
    • Threshold Never Defined (the threshold was never configured in targeting or manually for this job)
    Threshold Not Met
    Candidates Matching Threshold Logic Returns the total number of candidates that match the threshold logic. 4
    Current Threshold Limit Returns the current configured threshold limit. 6
    Historical Threshold Reached Limit Count

    Returns the total count of times this job/location has reached its limit historically.  

     

    An example would be the initial limit was set to 5, and within 2 days, that limit was hit. The job is then turned off. Then, a user updates that limit to 10 and opens the job again. In a week, that limit of 10 is reached, and the job turns back off. This field would return a value of 2 in this scenario.

    Threshold Action

    Returns the configured action type once the threshold is met. Options include:

    • Olivia [your AI Assistant] will Turn the Job Off
    • Notify Hiring Team

    Threshold Status Returns the configured candidate status used to define the threshold limit. Interview Scheduled
    Job Posting Type Returns if the job is flagged as Internal or External (only used for custom implementations currently). External
    Brand Name Returns the brand name associated with the job. Brand ABC
    Brand External ID Returns the brand external ID of the brand that is associated to the job (if defined) ABC8888
    Current NOH setting This field returns a value of ON if the job/location has a configured threshold value defined for it. ON
    Current NOH Status

    Returns the job’s current threshold status. Options include:

    • Threshold Met
    • Threshold Not Met
    Threshold Met
    Candidates Matching NOH Logic Returns the total number of candidates that match the threshold logic. 4
    Current NOH Limit Returns the current configured threshold limit.  6
    Historical NOH Reached Limit Count

    Returns the total count of times this job/location has reached its limit historically.

    NOH Status Returns the configured candidate status being used to define the threshold limit (if it's not a standard hired stage). Hired Candidate
    Total calculated Value if CVO and NOH are turned ON  Total value calculated by your AI Assistant (the copy below CVO input which is number of hires*CVO per hire value).  12
    NOH entered per hire (or) total? 

    The configuration for this field by the user at the time that the report was ran. Options include:

    • Per Hire
    • Total
    Per Hire
    Which value hit threshold first? NOH or CVO? 

    Because the action will be taken on whichever value hit first. Options include:

    • CVO 
    • NOH
    • Blank (If the job only configured CVO or NOH)
    NOH
    ID A unique identifier that is easy for you to decipher whether a row is a duplicate of what you have already seen on a previous day. 154223
    Hot Job Status This will display either ON or OFF to indicate if the job is marked as a Hot Job. ON
    Offer Pay Minimum Returns the minimum offer pay that is associated with the job (internal pay rate and currency). $12.00 per hour
    Offer Pay Maximum Returns the maximum offer pay that is associated with the job (internal pay rate and currency). $18.00 per hour
