Happy February! 🎉 We've been working on updates to help your teams hire faster and smarter.Â
Here's the latest feature releases and improvements.
Daily processes
- My Calendar: Settings page. You can now access your interview settings, integrated calendars, and calendar settings in one consolidated place in the Calendar Settings for My Calendar instead of in My Profile.Â
- Platform: Table management feature. You can now view the information most important to you by customizing the table layout of the Candidate List View in Table Settings for yourself or for other users in Hiring Events and Candidate Management.
Candidate and user engagement
- Campaigns: Campaign sending logic updates. Updates have been made to ensure that the experience of building Campaigns to candidate’s preferred communication channels is intuitive and user-friendly.Â
- Candidate Q&A: Onboarding portal improvements - part two. Updates have been made to the design and functionality of the Knowledge Training Library in the Care Onboarding Portal of the CMS.Â
- CEM: Segments by user roles - part two. In the CEM and with the proper permissions, you can easily switch between For Roles, For You, and For All segment types in the Segment Settings modal. A warning modal displays before making these changes to ensure you’re updating the correct segments for your users.
- Web Management: Accessibility in the job modal. The job modal now has an updated design that complies with accessibility standards, ensuring that candidates and users with a disability can properly interact with the job modal. The design is compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 standards.Â
Management tools
- Security: Data privacy - email domain whitelisting. To enhance security for your account and the users who login to it, Â you can now enter in specific email domains that are permitted to login to the account. These security standards prevent attacks from malicious actors who have a non-company domain address.Â
- Forms: Migrate existing PDFs to native web forms. The PDF experience is more consistent through the migration of form-specific PDFs to the CMS. All PDFs are now supported by Paradox’s encoding and hosting solution.Â
Contextual AI
- Contextual AI: Show a Grey Sparkle for NLP Fallbacks. A grey sparkle icon displays next to the Olivia profile picture in a candidate and employee conversation when Olivia responds with a NLP response as a fallback instead of a LLM response. Selecting this sparkle allows users to investigate the generated conversation and response details.Â
Conversational Events and Campus
- Events: Customize open & close registration period for on-site registration. You can now customize the period that On-Site Registration closes in the Registration step of the Events Builder. This allows event managers to have flexibility on when candidates can no longer complete on-site registration, accommodating a range of event scenarios.Â
Implementation
- Applicant Flows: Enhance targeted requisition count. In Applicant Flows, the Requisition column is more accurate and visible to users, displaying all jobs that are targeted to an Applicant Flow at any time.Â
