The Assessments section of Client setup supports the Traitify Assessment product or the SHL solution and includes the following settings:

• Assessments – This enables the Assessments product. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
  • Assessment Providers – This will be selected for you.
  • Template Organization – This will be selected for you.
  • Provider Credentials Traitify:
    • Public Key – This will be auto-generated.
    • Secret Key – This will be auto-generated.
    • Sharing Assessment Results – This will determine if candidates should receive their assessment results after they complete the assessment or not.
    • Assessment Request Expiration – This will determine the expiration timeline in which the request will expire. Options include:
      • Never (default)
      • 4 days
      • 1 week
      • 2 weeks
      • 3 weeks
      • 1 month
  • Realistic Job Preview – This enables an animated, role-specific job preview video to be available for adding to an account that utilizes Traitify that showcases a “day in the life” experience for the job. Immediately following this preview, candidates can complete a quick assessment to gauge their comfort and alignment with the job's requirements.
    • Allow Realistic Job Preview Skip – When Realistic Job Preview is enabled, then this setting will display and, when enabled, will allow candidates to skip this preview.
