Candidate Inbox icons

Throughout the Paradox Platform, you will see several icons. This guide will explain the Candidate Inbox icons so you can better understand what they mean.

– This indicates that the candidate successfully completed the Apply process and is in the inbox. -
– This indicates that a candidate has multiple applications. The number displayed within the icon reflects the number of applications associated with this candidate. -
– This indicates that an interview request has been sent to a candidate and that your AI Assistant is awaiting the candidate’s time selection. -
– This indicates that the candidate is scheduled for an upcoming interview. The number in the calendar icon is the date of the scheduled interview. -
– This indicates that the candidate’s scheduled interview time has passed and the interview is considered complete. -
– This indicates that an interview has been canceled by a candidate or by the hiring manager. -
– This indicates that an interview request has expired. -
– This indicates that a candidate has an attachment, such as a resume, associated with their Candidate Profile. -
– This indicates a candidate’s Traitify Assessment score.
