The browser extension's Candidate Inbox app will show you a list of all candidates listed in the Candidate Inbox. From this list, you can select a specific candidate to see and/or continue the conversation from this extension screen.

1. Segments – This will open a list of all available segments that can be used to filter the candidates list.
2. Search Candidates – This will filter the listing for the characters entered.
3. Three-Line Menu – This allows you to navigate and switch between the Candidate Inbox tab and the My Calendar/Calendars tab.
4. Ellipses/Three-Dot Menu – This displays a dropdown with the following actions:
   • Add Candidate – This will open a new page where you can enter a new candidate's details and then just save those details or save the details and schedule the candidate for an interview.
     • Note: When adding a candidate via the browser extension, the name fields (First Name and Last Name) must contain only alphabetic (A-Z, a-z) characters. Non-alphabetic characters—including non-Latin scripts (such as Japanese, Chinese, etc.), numbers, and special characters (such as parentheses)—are not supported and will result in an error. 
   • Sort Candidate – When clicked, a dropdown menu will open and include the following sort options:
     • Recent Activity
     • Unread Messages
     • Newest to Oldest
     • Oldest to Newest
     • Most Time Remaining
     • Least Time Remaining
   • Timeframe – When Candidate Visibility Timeframe is enabled in your account and clicked, a dropdown menu will open and include the following sort options:
     • Last 30 days
     • Last 60 days 
     • Last 90 days
     • Last 6 months
     • Last 12 months
     • All time
   • Filter – This will open a list of all available filters that can be applied to the candidates list.

Candidate Inbox actions

From the Candidate Inbox, you can complete the following actions:

• Add a candidate
• Schedule an interview
• Message candidates
• Update a candidate's status
