    Tie to available components

Tracking pixels received from advertising vendors can be used to track sources or conversions of advertising sources (e.g., Indeed, Facebook, Appcast). The pixel or script should be obtained from your vendor(s) and can be placed in several system components to track candidate entry points.

It is important to note that your CS Representatives placing pixels for you does not give them/Paradox access to the information that is being tracked. You can run reports and receive information directly from your vendor(s) around pixel information.

    Tie to available components

Tracking pixels can be defined and triggered at:

    • Conversations (when the conversation is completed by a candidate)
    • Custom conversation question (on custom conversations only, tracking pixels can set on each question)
    • Forms (when a candidate or user completes a form and submits it back to Paradox)
    • Workflows
    • Job List and Job Details modal during widget conversations

Tracking pixels won’t track SMS-only conversations. Tracking pixels are web-based only.
