Scheduling Templates allow you to save and reuse their common interview configurations directly in a dedicated template management page and in the manual scheduling drawer.

    Use cases

    • Hiring teams who want to decrease the time and effort that it takes to schedule an interview for their candidates.
    • Teams who manage interviews of similar setups or complex interview configurations and want to eliminate errors with pre-configured interview settings.

    Configuration

Scheduling Template Management is included when scheduling is enabled for your account. To gain access to this page and create/manage scheduling templates, you will need full access to the Scheduling Template Management child permission under Scheduling in Roles and Permissions. Please contact a user with full access to Roles and Permissions to adjust user permissions as needed.

    Navigation

You can navigate to the Scheduling Template Management page by following the steps below:

    1. In the top left corner, select the All Apps button.
    2. Select the Settings app from its dropdown menu.
    3. In the Settings page, select Scheduling Template Management under the Scheduling section.

    Scheduling template management

The Scheduling Template Management page contains the following sections accessible from the left panel:

    • Active – This section contains all active scheduling templates in the account.
    • Archived – This section contains all archived scheduling templates in the account.

The following columns display the information for each scheduling template:

    • Name – This is the name of the scheduling template.

    Permissions

By default, all but Basic/Limited Users will be able to use scheduling templates as well as create and manage their own scheduling templates when manually scheduling an interview. However, only users with the Scheduling Template Management permission (under the Scheduling parent permission in Roles and Permissions) will be able to create and manage account-wide scheduling templates.
