Private Jobs allow you to keep a job open for hiring while hiding it from your career site and job boards. Recruiters can then share a private posting link with selected candidates instead of posting the job publicly.
This feature applies to Conversational ATS accounts only. It is not available for Integrated Jobs accounts.
This feature can be used in Job Approvals.
Use cases
- Invite-only roles: A recruiter marks the job Private, copies the posting link from My Jobs, and sends it to the candidates they want. Nothing hits the career site or job boards.
- Approval-driven customers: Private jobs route through Approvals like any other job, and an approver can mark a job Private mid-approval.
