Hiring events: #Event-Landing-Page-URL token
If you manage Hiring Events, you can now utilize a new, dynamic #Event-Landing-Page-URL token in Hiring Events, which automatically generates the links to your event landing page. This token can be used when sending messages to users and candidates, ensuring faster delivery of the correct event landing page links and automatic updates.
This token can be used in the following areas of the platform:
- Campaigns
- Hiring Event/Campaign Messaging Templates
- Invite to Apply & Send Message Mass Actions in the Events page
- Token List in Event Registration Outcomes
- Event Notification Section in the Event Builder
Platform visibility: deactivated users
You can now filter candidates assigned to deactivated or deleted users and get details into when tasks (e.g., note added) were completed by them. This will help your hiring teams get immediate clarity on assignments and activities related to former team members, promoting transparency around past candidate interactions.
To find deactivated or deleted users in your account, follow the steps below:
- In the Candidate Inbox, select the filter icon in the header of the left panel.
- A filtering modal will open where filtering attributes will be listed on the left side of the modal.
- Navigate to the Note Added By section and search using the word Deactivated in the search bar.
- Select the deactivated users.
- Select the Apply button.
You are then able to view all of the deactivated users and the candidates they are assigned to.
You can also see accounts that have been deactivated or deleted when you are using filtering capabilities within Talent Community, Candidate Inbox, and Candidate Management.
