If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your platform experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual role access.

Contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

Hiring events: Mass action - one time message

If you manage hiring events, you can mass send qualified candidates a one time message to communicate important updates and information about an event.

To send a one time message to candidates in Events:

    1. In the upper-left corner, select All Apps and then select the Events tile under the Candidates section.
    2. Navigate into an event of your choosing, and then enter the Candidates tab.
    3. Select all the candidates that you want to take action on by manually selecting the check box next to the candidate name or automatically selecting the check box next to the number of candidates.
    4. Select the Take Action button.
    5. From the dropdown, select the Send Message button from the dropdown menu. After, the Send Message drawer slides out.
    6. Fill out the below sections in the Send Message drawer:
      1. Delivery Details: View the message sender and the audience of candidates that will receive the message.
      2. Enter Message: Select the communication channel and personalize the message that the candidate will receive (character limit: 500 characters).
    7. Select the Send button to mass send a message.

This is only available if you have access to both Events and Campaigns.

    Platform: Filtering by users

You can now quickly locate candidates by filtering with usernames, employee IDs, or emails. This will save you time and make it easier to locate candidates assigned to your different team members, improving efficiency and visibility.

To filter by users in your account:

    1. In the Candidate Inbox, select the filter icon in the header of the left panel.
    2. A filtering modal will open where filtering attributes will be listed on the left side of the modal.
    3. You can navigate to the Employee section and search by specific roles, employee username, employee ID, or employee emails.
    4. Select the desired attribute values.
    5. Click Apply to update the list to display only the candidates that fit the selected criteria.

My Calendar: Settings page in Roles and Permissions

You might have noticed that the Calendar Settings page in My Calendar or a specific location calendar assigned to you, which was released last month, now has fewer options than before. This change is part of a new enhancement that allows your Company/Account Admins to customize the settings available to you, ensuring that you only see the settings that are relevant to you.

    Scheduling: Update disposition status logic

Have you noticed that sometimes, dispositioned candidates are still in a No Availability status? That won’t be a problem anymore!

Thanks to a recent logic update, your dispositioned candidates will have their scheduled and pending interviews automatically cancelled, preventing negative candidate experiences.

    SMS: Undelivered candidate filtration

You may have noticed that some candidates who receive up to 10 failed SMS messages are unsubscribed from receiving further messages. This is due to a recent update where we are trying to prevent low trust scores with Twilio and carriers. If a candidate’s number fails to receive more than the allotted number of messages from the client, they are “filtered out” of the SMS messaging queue or auto-soft unsubscribed. This helps ensure a smoother communication experience while protecting delivery rates.
