Browser extension HiredScore integration Conversational ATS Live shift editing Conversational Scheduling Candidate time zone overhaul Paradox Assist Candidate journey awareness and in-conversation status updates

This May 12th release includes the following enhancements. These updates are subject to change until the day of the release.

    Happy May! 🎉

If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.

Please contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.

    Browser extension

    HiredScore integration

You can now view Paradox candidate scheduling data directly within HiredScore. On the Applicants page, two new Paradox-specific columns are available:

    • Scheduling Status: Each candidate's current scheduling status, pulled directly from Paradox.
    • View Conversation: A one-click button that opens the candidate's Paradox application in the Browser Extension.

On an individual candidate's page, a new status indicator displays the candidate's current Paradox scheduling status.

What this means for you: There's no need to leave HiredScore to check where a candidate stands. A recruiter reviewing the applicants list can instantly see who the candidate's Paradox scheduling status, and a hiring manager evaluating an individual candidate can see the same status right at the top of the page, without switching tools. You can view a candidate's conversation or easily manually schedule a candidate.

How to access: Paradox data appears within HiredScore once the integration is configured for your account. Ensure the Paradox Browser Extension is installed and contact your Company or Account Admin to ensure the HiredScore integration is enabled.

    Conversational ATS

    Live shift editing

Edit shifts in job builder when a job is turned on

Edit shifts in My Jobs when a job is turned on

Recruiting Dashboard: Review Shift Updates task

You can now add, update, or delete shift configurations while jobs remain active, without needing to turn jobs off first. A new Review Shift Updates task in the Recruiting Dashboard also allows your team to review and approve shift changes before candidates see them published.

What this means for you: Your team can adjust shift configurations at any time, even when the job is turned on. There's no more toggling jobs off and back on just to make a shift change.

    How to access:

    1. Navigate to the Job Builder or My Jobs.
    2. Open the job that needs edits.
    3. Adjust shift configuration as needed (add, update, or remove shifts).
    4. In the Job Builder, select Publish, or in My Jobs, select Update Job to submit the shift for approval.
    5. In the Recruiting Dashboard, select Review Shift Updates to approve and publish the shift changes candidates will see next.

Learn more about shifts, managing shifts in My Jobs and offer letters, and the Recruiting Dashboard.

    Conversational Scheduling

    Candidate time zone overhaul

Your Company or Account Admin can now configure how Paradox determines the timezone method used in candidate scheduling communications, including the format candidates see (Abbreviated, Full Name, or UTC offset) and whether time displays in 12-hour or 24-hour format.

What this means for you: No more guessing about which timezone Paradox used for a scheduling communication. The timezone method applied to any communication is now also visible directly in Candidate Inbox, so you have full context when reviewing candidate scheduling activity.

How to access: These settings are configured by your Company or Account Admin. Once configured, the timezone format and priority order apply automatically to all scheduling communications.

Learn more about this feature with the following documentation:

    Minute-level scheduling reminders

Your Company or Account Admin can now configure custom Scheduling Reminder frequencies in minutes, with reminders sendable as close as five minutes before an interview starts. This applies to both candidate and employee scheduling reminders.

What this means for you: Depending on how your Company or Account Admin configures reminder timing, you or the candidates and employees you work with may now receive scheduling reminders in minutes rather than hours or days.

How to access: These settings are configured by your Company or Account Admin. Contact your Company or Account Admin to learn how reminder frequencies are set up for your account.

    Paradox Assist

Candidate journey awareness and in-conversation status updates

You can now ask Paradox Assist to update candidate statuses directly from the conversation. When you type a request, Assist identifies the candidate, retrieves their current journey status and the available next steps, and presents confirmation in the chat before executing the change, with no navigation to the Candidate Inbox required.

By putting candidate status management directly into the conversation, your team can act on candidates the moment a decision is made.

What this means for you: Your team can act on candidates the moment a decision is made. Only the statuses and next steps your user role has access to displays.

    How to access:

    1. Open Paradox Assist.
    2. Type a request to update a candidate's status.
    3. Select the next step that you want to move the candidate to.
    4. Select one of the following:
      • Confirm to apply the change.
      • Cancel to dismiss.
