Paradox provides accessibility options that can be used to best support both users and candidates as they interact with the system and your AI Assistant.

    Color contrast and text resizing

From within your My Profile, you can enable the Color Contrast setting to increase the contrast of certain colors in the CEM and/or Text Resizing to adjust the size of the text to be more legible. Click here to learn more.

Audio messaging with your AI Assistant

With the help of your CS Representative, the Voice feature can be enabled for your account to allow both users and candidates to speak their messages aloud to your AI Assistant. To learn more about these capabilities, click here for the user's experience and here for the candidate's experience.

    Page color schemes

Admin users have the option to adjust the color schemes for your widget conversations and landing sites to ensure the proper contrast is available in compliance with WCAG Accessibility guidelines. Learn more about updating widget conversations and landing sites here.

    Career site accessibility standards

To ensure accessibility, Paradox adheres to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These globally recognized standards ensure sites are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, addressing needs related to:

    • Vision impairments (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
    • Hearing impairments
    • Motor limitations
    • Cognitive or neurological differences

In addition to WCAG, we recognize the importance of following best practices from ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) to enhance the usability of dynamic web content. ARIA attributes make it possible to communicate essential information to users relying on assistive technologies, making interactions smoother and more intuitive.
