The Referrals section of Client Setup enables the Referrals product and its settings, which include the following:

    • Referrals – This enables the Referrals (ERP) product for the account. This will be toggled on for you by a CS Representative if included in your plan.
      • Referral engagement type – The path/workflow that an Employee Referral Program engagement can occur. The selection here will be the process for all engagements. Options include:
        • Capture (refers to the Apply product)
        • Job Search
          • Note: If Job Search is selected, then the ERP conversation will display an ellipses (…) in the candidate's referral milestone rather than the employee's answers.
      • Select candidate conversation – This will only display if Capture was selected as the Referral engagement type. This refers to the conversation that will be used for capturing the referred team members information.
      • Select candidate communication method – This allows you to select the channel that the AI Assistant will use to connect with the candidate. Options include:
        • SMS
        • Email
        • Both SMS and Email
      • Delay the initial candidate text by – This allows you to update how long of a delay there should be between the employee completing a referral and the AI Assistant reaching out to the candidate to continue the referral engagement. Options include:

        • 10 minutes
        • 15 minutes
        • 20 minutes
        • 30 minutes
      • Employee ID – This optional setting will request the employee’s ID in the conversation. When enabled, the following will display:
        • Employee ID Question – The question that will be used to request the employee to provide their ID.
        • Regex Pattern – The pattern for how the ID should be entered.
        • Value – The value of the selected pattern. All but the Custom section will auto-populate the Value field for you. This information is used for collection purposes.
      • Employee Verification – This optional setting will verify the employee’s email address. When enabled, two additional settings will appear:
        • Verify against employees in CEM – This will check against emails listed for active employees.
        • Manage your list of approved email domains – This is the company domain and other email addresses that should be whitelisted.
        • Your employees will receive this Employee Verification email – An email template will display for you to review and edit as needed. This email will be sent as an employee verification email.
      • Store Number Verification – This optional setting will allow employees to look up positions by their store number to refer candidates to.
        • Regex Pattern – This will allow you to select the pattern for the store number.
        • Value – The value of the selected pattern. All but the Custom section will auto-populate the Value field for you. This information is used for collection purposes.
        • + Add Field – This will add additional Regex Pattern and Value validation fields.
      • Duplicate Candidate Verification – This setting will verify if any candidates with the same email address or phone number already exist in the system, regardless of whether their previous job application was prompted by a referral.
        • Allow candidate to be referred again after – When enabled, this selector will appear where you can choose the timeframe in which candidates can be referred again.
      • Your list of approved employees – This list is for informational purposes only. When a referred candidate replies, the employee who referred them will be added to the list.
