With Paradox’s new Report Builder, users can create reports with more flexibility than ever before, share reports across accounts, and use report templates to assist them in building reports efficiently.

    Use cases

    • Teams who want to assess valuable product metrics across the platform.
    • Users who want to share reports across teams.

    Report definitions

The Report Builder will include three key components:

    • Filters – This will include a combination of general filters as well as a list of values that are populated by certain metrics selected while building the report that can be used to filter the report.
      • Note: When creating a report from scratch, this will be disabled from use until metrics or fields are added to the report.
    • Metrics – This is a list of aggregated data values that can be analyzed (e.g., number of offers sent, total number of candidates, total number of locations).
    • Fields – This is a list of individual values that can be analyzed (e.g., candidate names, candidate status).

Your permissions in the core CEM system directly control the data you see in Paradox Analytics. This ensures that all reports, dashboards, and exports respect your data access rules.

    • Component-Level Filtering: Reports will automatically filter data based on your existing permissions for parts of the system like candidates, jobs, locations, and groups. If you can only access certain jobs in the CEM, your reports will only include data for those jobs.
    • Data Masking: If a value is masked or hidden from you in the CEM, it will also be masked in your reports and dashboards. This protected data cannot be unmasked in report downloads.
