Global candidate search Filtering the inbox Sorting the inbox Updating the inbox timeframe

From the Candidate Inbox, you can search for candidates by entering their name via global search, setting filters on the inbox, sorting the inbox, or updating the inbox's timeframe.

    Global candidate search

The search icon in the top right corner of the Candidate Inbox opens a global search drawer where you can either enter a candidate's name or filter the inbox by stage, job, and location. Click here to learn more.

    Filtering the inbox

You can easily search for candidates using a range of pre-set filters from the filter modal. This will allow you to filter the inbox for specific attributes and even create segments, or set views of the inbox, that can be saved and viewed at a later time. Click here to learn more.

    Sorting the inbox

You can sort candidates in the inbox by simply updating the sort selector to one of the available options, which include:

    • Recent activity
    • Unread messages
    • Newest to Oldest
    • Oldest to Newest
    • Most Time Remaining
    • Least Time Remaining

Candidates that fit the selected criteria will then display in the inbox.

    Updating the inbox timeframe

Selecting the clock icon in the header of the left panel will allow you to update the timeframe in which candidates were added to the inbox. This limits the inbox to candidates added within a the last xx days/months. The default timeframe is set on the backend by your CS Representative during implementation, but it can be updated to any of the following, as needed:

    • Last 30 days
    • Last 60 days
    • Last 90 days
    • Last 6 months
    • Last 12 months
    • All time
