Parent toggles can only be enabled by your CS Representative/Paradox Admin.
The Job Management section of Client Setup is where settings related to Conversational ATS and External ATS Job Management can be set. This section includes the following settings:

Conversational ATS – This enables the Conversational ATS product for the account, where customers will use Paradox as their primary ATS. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.

Paradox Jobs:

Available Job Types – This is where you can select the job types used when creating jobs. Options include:
- Multi-location Job
- Standard Job
- Allow Internal Job Title – This can be used in the CEM by hiring teams to reference the job. This then allows two job titles for a job: the one that candidates see externally and the one internal teams use/reference.
- Allow Additional Locations for Standard Jobs – Caution: Once enabled, this setting cannot be disabled. This setting allows users to select multiple locations for a standard job so that a single job opening can be used to hire across multiple locations. Click here to learn more about this capability.
- Allow Advanced Shifts – This enables Advanced Shifts that can added to your jobs. These shift types display as their names (e.g. Morning, Afternoon), but also allow users to set times and days tied to them.
- Job Description Sections – This enables Dynamic Job Descriptions that can be added to your jobs and displayed to candidates when targeted rules are met.
- Allow templates to be saved without required data – This setting will be enabled by default and allows the Locations, Candidate Journey selections, and Hiring Team fields to be listed as optional in the template and will not require configuration in order to publish the job template.

Available Job Types – This is where you can select the job types used when creating jobs. Options include:

Paradox Jobs:

External ATS Job Management – This enables configuration for Journey Targeting and the Master Feed to support automation of candidate application processes.
- Allow Location Permission – This will give users who have access to a job’s location the ability to candidates for that job, even if they’re not part of the hiring team.

Select a feed(s) to create master feed – The feeds that will create one consolidated master feed that can be shared with a career site or job board.

Configure Master Feed Job Targeting – Once the job feeds are selected for the master feed, then it is required to set the THEN action for the default targeting. Select Configure next to Configure Candidate Journey Hired Status and select one of the below options.
- Turn Job(s) OFF – This is the default selection and will ensure that all requisitions from the selected feed, as well as any new jobs added to the feed, will be created in My Jobs but will be off.
- Turn Job(s) ON – This will ensure that all requisitions from the selected feed, as well as any new jobs added to the feed, will be created in My Jobs but will be on.

Disable Application – This will ensure that all requisitions from the selected feed as well as any new jobs added to the feed will be updated within your external ATS, have the external ATS Apply URL in place of their Paradox Apply URL, and will exclude Chat to Apply functionality.
- Note: You can add additional conditions by selecting the + Add Condition button in the Configure Master Feed Job Targeting slide-out drawer, setting the targeting rules and criteria, and then selecting Confirm for each condition. Save the drawer and the Client Setup page to apply the changes made.
- Note on Editing Conditions: After the initial creation of requisitions in My Jobs, any changes to the feed manager targeting configurations will only affect new jobs added to the feed.

Master Feed URL – The master feed URL will then be added to this section, and the user can copy the feed to view all the jobs.
- Note: This feed is refreshed multiple times during the day or matches the refresh cycle of the ATS. As the feed refreshes, new jobs get added to the separated feeds and new paradox Apply URLs get updated to the master feed.

Generate Additional Feed Templates – When the standard master feed is configured, you can generate additional feed templates, including CDATA formatted feed templates. This allows you to generate additional copies of the master feed with alternative formatting that best fits any third-party feed requirements.
- Note: The CDATA Formatted Feed follows the same, synchronized refresh schedule as the standard Master Feed. If you initiate an out-of schedule refresh of the Master Feed through the Job Feeds section of Data Feeds, then the CDATA Formatted Feed also refreshes.

Configure Master Feed Job Targeting – Once the job feeds are selected for the master feed, then it is required to set the THEN action for the default targeting. Select Configure next to Configure Candidate Journey Hired Status and select one of the below options.

Hiring Team – You can configure settings around the hiring team audiences for jobs. These include:
- Edit – You can add hiring team role names that can be used when configuring jobs. To configure a hiring team, select the Configure button next to Hiring Team. A slide-out drawer will then open where you can add hiring team roles and their descriptions. The description will be shown under the Hiring Team Role in Jobs and My Jobs.

Allow Hiring Team Override – This will allow the hiring team to be customized by location and edited in My Jobs.
- Allow users to be removed in My Jobs – When Allow Hiring Team Override is turned on, then this setting will default to on as well. In toggling off this setting, this will prevent users from removing other users from the Hiring Team in My Jobs.
- Publish jobs without Requiring Manage Permission – This setting allows Multi-Location jobs to be published without requiring every location has a Hiring Team user to manage it in My Jobs.

Job Attribute Source – You can configure settings around the job attribute sources for Forms and Offers if they're enabled in the account. After selecting Edit, you can select your job attribute sources for each feature from the following options:
- Live Job Attributes – This references the most up-to-date value for the job.
- Applied Job Attributes – This references the values at the time that the candidate applies. This is a static number.

Hot Jobs – This enables the Hot Jobs feature, where jobs can be prioritized and shown to candidates at the top of their job search lists. When enabled, the following settings will display.
- What percentage of total jobs can be hot jobs? – The percentage of jobs that can be listed as hot jobs within the account.

Hot Job Customization – This allows you to customize several aspects of the Hot Jobs feature. Select the Edit button to customize the following details displayed to users in My Jobs and then click Confirm:
- Label – The feature name that is displayed within the CEM. If preferred, update this field to reflect the wording convention that your team wants to use. This field will allow for a max of 25 characters. If the Multilingual feature is enabled for the account, then the label value entered will be automatically translated into the languages configured for the account.

Icon – The icon that displays in the CEM and to candidates. Make the preferred selection.

Standard Icon – A list of predefined options to use as your icon. Options include:

- Custom Icon – This will allow you to upload a custom icon to use. The max image size that can be uploaded is 200KB, and SVG and PNG file types are only accepted.

- Description – The description that displays for this section in the My Jobs editing modal. Update this description, if preferred, to better assist users in understanding this feature’s impact on a job.

Unique and versioned Job ID – This will allow the job ID to be appended to indicate the number of times the job was refreshed while also leaving the job posting page as active. When enabled, the following toggle will be available to toggle on. Learn more here.
- Disable Job ID refresh on job publishing – This will prevent the variant within the job ID from updating when the job is turned on in My Jobs.
- Job Posting Types – This will allow you to determine whether jobs are internal, external, or external and internal. Learn more here.
- Job Data Packages – This enables users to create Job Data Packages in the account that allows various job data to be assigned to jobs.

Job Qualifications – This will create Job Qualification Levels within the Job Outcomes section of each individual job and intended to assist the AI Assistant in better understanding if a candidate is or is not qualified for a specific job. Currently, this functionality is only used within our Conversational Events product. When enabled, the below setting will display.
- Custom Job Qualifications – This allows you to configure the naming convention of the default qualification levels as well as add up to 50 custom Job Qualification Levels to the account. Simply select Edit to manage Job Qualification Level names and descriptions.

Number of Hires – This allows the AI Assistant to add and monitor the number of hires on a job. When the job’s set number is reached, logic can be set to either have the AI Assistant turn off the job (the set number of candidates in the Hired stage) or notify the Hiring Team (the set number of openings are met). When enabled, the following setting may display.

Threshold Action – The action that should occur when the threshold number is met. Select one of the two options:
- Close the Job - This will turn the job off in My Jobs and send a notification to the user.
- Notify the Hiring Team - This will only notify the user that the threshold has been reached, and they can determine whether to turn the job off or not.
- Configure Candidate Journey Hiring Status – For accounts that do not use a standard Hired stage, you will need to set what this Hired stage is for the account. Select Configure Status to set the stage that when the set number of openings is reached due to candidates moving into this stage, the job will be disabled or the hiring team will be notified.

Threshold Action – The action that should occur when the threshold number is met. Select one of the two options:
