    Navigation Dashboard details

    The standard Surveys Dashboard is used to view all key performance metrics for Surveys.  It tracks satisfaction rates, Survey comments, response rates, and counts across all Survey activity.  The Audience Type filter toggles between Candidate and User dashboards.


    Navigation

    1. Click the All Apps menu in the top left corner of the header.
    2. Select Analytics from its drop-down menu.


       
    3. From the left panel of the Analytics & Reporting page, select Analytics Dashboards.
    4. Select Surveys from the left panel.

    Dashboard details

    This dashboard has the following details and functionality:

    1. Refresh/Last Run Timestamp – Shows the last date and time the dashboard data was refreshed.
    2. Export Data – This allows you to export the dashboard's data to your device. Options for export include:
      • Export CSV – This option will allow the user to export the data in the data distribution table with all the filters applied as a CSV file.
      • Export PDF – This option will pull the entire dashboard view including the data table with the filters applied as a PDF file.
    3. Audience Type – This dashboard filter allows you to select between candidate and employee surveys dashboards. Candidates shows only candidate survey feedback data while Employees shows only manager/employee survey feedback data.
    4. + Add Filter – This will allow you to select one of the following filters to apply to this report:
      • Events
      • Campaigns
      • Workflows
      • Phone Numbers
      • Web Widgets
      • Locations
    5. Surveys Overview Date Filter – This allows the user to update the date range for the Surveys Overview section. Options include:
      • Last 7 days
      • Month to Date
      • Year to Date
      • Custom range
    6. Satisfaction Rate – This chart shows all scale values combined as satisfied and dissatisfied. On a 5 point scale, all 4 and 5 point surveys are considered Satisfied and 1 and 2 point surveys are considered Dissatisfied. Neutral surveys are not represented here.
    7. View Survey Comments – When clicked, this will display all survey comments received in a table format with the date that the comment was made, the name of the survey, and the candidate’s full name.
    8. Response Rate – This chart shows how many surveys were sent and returned with responses. Any neutral responses (3 on a 5 point scale) will be shown in this count.
    9. SMS response rate – This shows the percentage of SMS surveys that were completed.
    10. SMS surveys sent – The number of SMS surveys sent within the selected date range.
    11. SMS surveys received – The number of SMS surveys received within the selected date range.
    12. Email response rate – This shows the percentage of email surveys that were completed.
    13. Email surveys sent – The number of email surveys sent within the selected date range.
    14. Email surveys received – The number of email surveys received within the selected date range.
    15. Web response rate – This shows the percentage of web surveys completed.
    16. Web surveys sent – The number of web surveys sent within the selected date range.
    17. Web surveys received – The number of web surveys received within the selected date range.
    18. WhatsApp response rate – This shows the percentage of WhatsApp surveys that were completed.
    19. WhatsApp surveys sent – The number of WhatsApp surveys sent within the selected date range.
    20. WhatsApp surveys received – The number of WhatsApp surveys received within the selected date range.
    21. Workflows filter – The active workflow that include a survey sent to candidates.
    22. Candidate Satisfaction Feedback Time Filter – The month in which feedback results are filtered.
    23. + Add Filter – This will let you add an additional filter by job category or location Name.
    24. Question results – A vertical chart of survey values for each question based on the Survey tab
    25. Data Distribution Table – A table view of the survey results for the current selected Survey tab.  Columns shown are: Month, Survey name, Question, Survey Point Scale, 5 (Amazing), 4 (Great), 3 (OK), 2 (Bad), 1 (Terrible).
