When candidates arrive in your inbox or message you and your AI Assistant doesn't respond, you can enable notifications to send to you automatically.

New candidate alerts
The Candidate Submission Alerts will send an alert when a new candidate arrives in your Inbox. Only candidates who apply to the locations that you are assigned will initiate this alert and be included in your inbox.
To use this alert, toggle on this setting and then save the page.
Candidate message alerts
The Candidate Message Alerts will send an alert when a candidate sends a new message. To use this alert, toggle on this setting and then save the page.
Current logic
This alert is sent to recruiters after 5 minutes (+ delay 1-5) if the candidate’s new message is not marked as read. We do not send the Candidate Message alert for a candidate’s message if:
- Your AI Assistant has responded to that message.
- Any user has viewed that candidate in the CEM, including Paradox Admins.
- You have unsubscribed your email address from receiving Paradox emails.
